I loved living here! The staff is amazing. Our remodeled apartment was beautiful. The neighbors are friendly so I have friends there I miss. Our view of the pond was amazing! I retired and moved. I often wish I was back at my old apartment.

Have been living here since Feb 21. Great place, excellent staff. The park behind the apartment is a great backyard with zero maintenance. It offers many different options for layouts.

This is an amazing place to live, I spent two years here and loved every minute of it. Everything was close to my home, whether it be food or shopping wise. The whole staff here is excellent, very fast and super friendly. This is a very pet friendly establishment, which was always super nice! I lived here for one year and have pretty much only positive things to say. Extremely pet friendly, maintenance was responsive, no noise from neighbors, understanding management. The remodeled apartments are beautiful and spacious with the best kitchen I have seen in an apartment ever. The location is ideal, with restaurants and a mall within a 5 minute drive and close to the freeway. The only bad thing about this place was actually the proximity to the freeway - the noise is quite loud if your apartment is facing it. Not really a problem if you keep the windows closed. I imagine an apartment facing the lake would be much nicer if you have the option. I would have renewed my lease if I were staying in the area.

I loved the entrance of the building, I liked how clean it was. I liked that the grounds outside were clean. I loved the way the apartments are set up. The hidden bedrooms was a great idea. The privacy is great. Just all round a great experience I had while there...

We lived there for one year between selling out home in WBL and moving to Florida. We have been gone for three years now, but still look back on that time with great fondness. It was a memorable year and is one we will not forget for many reasons. We will be in WBL this fall, if I get a chance Im stopping for doughnuts! Douglas Stiefel

This is an excellent apartment, especially if you have pets. The management is very understanding and they are very nice. If it wasnt for terrible commute to work, Id still be living in this place. If you want to stay in a place without any hassle from management on little things, this is the place for you. Affordable and nice!
