I dont understand why this center rating is so low. Vista Prairie is very nice.While visiting I noted the center is very clean, common areas very spacious and well designed. Employees are welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate my mother who moved into an apartment a few months back.Nice to visit and enjoy lunch or dinner in the dining hall as its very difficult to take mom out now.

Vista Prairie At River Heights was very nice, updated, homey and clean. I walked around and looked at the place. Everything seemed very nice. The girl who took us around was very good. She told us a lot about it and answered all our questions. They're accommodating.

The administration and staff are so kind and caring at Vista! They were so comforting to us and our sister when she died just recently. They couldnt ask enough if we needed food or beverage as we sat with her. Very good care here.

Our family recently considered River Heights but chose another facility that had larger units with some finer finishes. We loved working with Margi, however and was so impressed with her kind and compassionate manner. RH Staff were very friendly and the common space is lovely and kept very clean. What a great place with lovely residents.

Everyone was so kind and polite when we were there!!! IT WAS DECORATED SO BEAUTIFUL FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND IT SMELLED SO GOOD!!! THEY HAD A WONDERFUL MUSIC GROUP THAT CAME IN TO PERFORM THAT WERE VERY ENTERTAINING!!! JODI IS A DELIGHT. WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE AND WORK!
