I have toured Affinity at Ramsey several times and all I can say is "It is amazing!" The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and connected! The residents (that I've met during my tour), are friendly and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and there is a wide variety of activities and amenities, it's like your own special community! The only down side for me was the apartments are small in size, at least for me. They are absolutely gorgeous and high quality raftsmanship, but I need a bit more space. While they do have a few larger units, those were unfortunately a bit out of my price range comfort. I would recommend Affinity at Ramsey hands down, it is amazing and one of the best (if not the best) properties I have ever seen!

Iam so impressed. The management has done a stellar job planning a beautiful, safe, and fun 55+ community. Clean, affordable and a great place to call home. The staff here is amazing. Penny, Reanna and Jason have been so helpful and welcoming. I encourage everyone to come, live at Affinity at Ramsey. November 27th 2020 UPDATED REVIEW I have lived here at Affinity at Ramsey now for 4 months, and still am so very happy living here. Every attention to detail has been evident since the day I moved in this last summer. Penny and Reanna truly care about the residents and making each one of us feel as though we are part of a community. I have made lifelong friends here at Affinity at Ramsey. Grocery, medical care, restaurants and much more is close by. We have a lot of fun here. Come check it out!

If I listed all of the things that contribute to my five stars, I would write so much that you would stop reading. My wife and I spent a significant time deciding about moving to Affinity. We have been here 11 months. Hardly a day goes by that we do not say to one another, Im so glad we are here! So let me see if I can summarize things. The staff are the most professional, kind, and helpful people. From the property manager, through the office help, the maintenance person, and the janitorial service. Wow! They are really the best. The cost of the lease is unquestionably reasonable. All utilities are included. (Wifi is super!) I sometimes wonder how they do it! The amenities are far better than I could have hoped. There are a wide variety of benefits that a leaser accrues because of negotiated deals with the surrounding businesses. The location is absolutely perfect. We are right across from the Ramsey Police. (Also our place to vote!) Every day I enjoy the aesthetics of the place. The majority of the tenants are some of the most pleasant people you could ever want to meet. We are, indeed, a community -- and that with help from Affinity and with our own intention. (Okay, I had to remove about four superlative paragraphs so I dont lose your attention.) Now, we all have problems in our lives. There are no magic pills to make everything great. But if anything comes close to a magic pill, it is Affinity. In fact, I cant believe I wrote that. It only just occurred to me. Please, contact them, arrange for a tour. You will be glad you did. I promise! Even if you dont move in. It will be helpful for you to know that such places are available. (Of course, it wouldnt hurt if you told them that Scott sent you!)
