My boyfriend and I moved here last summer from Midtown Village and the Old City and wow this place is incredible. The pictures are accurate for how nice and spacious the amenities are and management is seriously the best. Theres always someone nice at the front desk and they are taking COVID really seriously.The 2nd floor amenity deck is really great for taking walks and the gym is really convenient and nice. The garage is also really easy and convenient to use. Having Target, Sprouts, Starbucks, and Chipotle on the block is the best and makes this the perfect place to live during COVID times. I joke with my bf and call Sprouts our extended pantry. Receiving packages is easy with the attendant and the package lockers, and ordering food delivery is simple as well.Our unit is also really nice. The fixtures and amenities are high quality and aesthetically beautiful. I especially love the shower (glass panel, no curtain) and the large mirror. I would say that the look is light neutral and our colorful IKEA furniture looks great. My bf and I both work from home full-time so we spend a lot of time using the apartment. Its been really amazing so far and we both love cooking, decorating, and hanging out in the unit.The only downside I can think of is living on Broad St if you are bothered by noisy motorcycles and sirens. We bought a noise machine and are able to sleep ok. Even though it can be loud, I like living on the main street. I feel really safe here because of the concierge and the proximity to Broad St for when my walking commute begins again.Overall, Id say this is one of if not the best place to live in the city. I have lived in East Falls, Germantown, East Kensington-Fishtown, and Midtown Village and this is without a doubt the best experience I have had as a renter.

Lived here for the past 1.5 years, and have loved these apartments. The entire building is always well maintained and clean as the staff is always on top of things. Amenities (decent sized gym, small theater room, golf simulator, ping pong and pool tables, and huge outdoor space) were all really nice and constantly being improved upon since Ive lived here. Prices have definitely gone up since I moved in, but it was expected since theres a lot of essentials (Sprouts, Target, Chase) literally connected to or next to the building.The front desk and maintenance crew are always really helpful and great people. The leasing-mgmt team was also always really chill and responsive with anything you needed.

I visited a friend here for a few days and was impressed by this apartment complex. Clean and modern public spaces, plenty of options for hanging out and entertainment. The gulf simulator room was really cool. The apartment itself had a beautiful view to the Philly downtown. High quality appliances. Numerous dining options and attractions are within a mile. If you want to live in downtown Philly, this complex is a great option.

Lincoln Squares staff is amazing! The staff in the leasing office are quick to help their clients and answer any and every question. The front desk concierge is always friendly and hospitable. I love the amenities and the apartment is so cozy! Highly recommend!!

Ive happily called Lincoln Square home for almost two years. The location is convenient to Center City, though there is little reason to leave with a Target, Starbucks, and other retail located within steps of your home. The Front Desk staff is friendly and always happy to assist. The amenities are top notch, including one of the nicest rooftops in the city. The units are a clean canvas to decorate and to fit to your aesthetic. The staff is professional and hosts great events for residents.

Absolutely the best housing staff in Philly. I lived here for 18 months and loved every minute. Concierge are the absolute best moving from out of state they were very helpful and welcoming. Maintenance team was very professional and friendly. Also, very responsive to any concern and made sure all concerns were corrected immediately. Worth every penny. Very understanding when coming to pay schedule with work. Highly recommended.

Love the Sprouts market. Street parking is disastrous, 1 hour limit. Meat quality is phenomenal. Chicken sausage is made on site, same for much of bakery. Can ask for samples of some products before you buy. Like anywhere else, know your prices to save. Plus their mobile app is easy to use for coupons and sales adHavent been to the Target there yet. Heard from others that certain items are more expensive that Target near Front and Mifflin. Again, compare prices if youre trying to save money.

I was making the trip to both Sprouts and Target, it really is beautiful this particular market and I love it.,..it has so many of the special organic foods and fresh produce, and fresh meats ..I think Target being near by makes everything more convenient, that whole area, has become really extraordinary to shop at. It makes for a great shopping experience.

Four stars because its still a work in progress. Sprouts, Target and PetSmart have opened to add consumer services in an area in flux from an industrial to a commercial and residential mix The community had been under served for decades. Unfortunately it has taken the economic opportunity of gentrification to have committments to investing at Broad and Washington. More opportunities like this exist West on Washington, but the politics of unreasonable requirements from the local zoning board and City Councilman are dooming further progress on a potentially lucrative commercial and residential corridor.
