We lived here for 10+ years and loved it! Very nice, clean, well maintained and convenient location(basically 20 minutes or less for any area in the metro area). The staff Pam, Pat and Bill, are super helpful and kind. Highly recommend. You won't regret it!

My wife and I lived here for a year and a half and loved it. The location is perfect with all the shopping you would need within 5 minutes, 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, and its surrounded by parks so it’s beautiful. Our place was just what we needed and it was a very quiet area. Pam and her sister were so great to work with and we would have stayed here for longer if my wife and I didn’t decide to move states. Overall such a great experience and would recommend this complex to anyone!

I lived there for about 3 months (early 2016) after moving to Minneapolis from Texas. The staff is helpful and responsive and the location is wonderful. There is shopping just a mile or two south with just about everything you could want and it right off of a walking trail with a nice pond. The rent price is a little high, but overall an ok value for the area.

Ive lived here since August and I have no complaints. Pam and the crew clearly care about making it a nice community to live in, and thay makes it a great place to call home.
