I have been meaning to leave this review for a long time! My mom has lived at Parkshore in Independent Living since January 2013. Management here is 110% dedicated to high quality and professionalism in delivery of services and meeting residents' needs. There are no corners cut, staff is incredibly great, and the facility is wonderfully maintained with improvements thoughtfully made periodically. When the March 2020 COVID emergency struck, communications were made to all to ensure that changes in protocols and visitation were explained and updates regularly provided. While my mom is no longer qualified for independent living (we have brought in a live-in aide), we are thrilled with the maintenance of her apartment and care still shown to us in her changed circumstances. I would be happy to be a reference for them any time and am grateful we choose Parkshore when we did!

Parkshore is a community, not just a place to live. There is a sense of welcome and fellowship that makes everyone feel at home. Both the residents and the staff go out of their way to introduce themselves.

We had a very pleasant experience on our tour with Mary Richards. She was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly and showed us everything and we toured a couple of apartments. She is such a good person to have in this job, too bad she is retiring! But good luck to you Mary and thanks for that wonderful tour. We think Parkshore is a delightful place.

Parkshore is a senior high rise building that offers services to match the needs of the residents. There is a Bistro restaurant on the first floor that is open to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu varies daily and is somewhat limited, but the prices are very reasonable and the food quality is quite good. There are daily specials available. Service is attentive. There are good park / pond views from the dining room.

When the time come's I need to move,for whatever the reason maybe, This is the place I would love to go. The building is outstanding, and the residents who live here make it a home, As you walk though the halls you see residents will personalize their door way with either a candy dish, flowers, or something to bring a smile to your face. It is close to everything you need or want, The have a shuttle to take you shopping on certain days, and their cafeteria I'm told puts most to shame. And by far what makes Parkshore Senior Campus 2nd to None, Is My Nana is Happy and love's where she live. Good Job Parkshore !!!!

My mom is here . Cannot get a response to texts, emails, voicemails. really irritating! If you want to put your loved one in a place where you will be able to communicate with them , dont go here! She likes it , but she is not the one who is trying to get answers.

I visited a friend at her apartment. I have had other friends living at Parkshore Senior Campus. The only negative comment I had was the choice management made in the selection of the carpeting, in the lobby. It was very contemporary, and loud in color choice. The resident that I visited even pointed out her dislike of the carpet.
