About French Meadow Place
Residents of French Meadow Place always have a comfortable home surrounded by friends. Our seniors love all the Le Sueur entertainment and activities conveniently located nearby. Medical centers, pharmacies, and doctors and pharmacies are also close.
We help our senior residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. We design care plans that meet the individual needs for each resident. We also have trained medical staffing available when needed. Our community offers a full activities and social calendar that helps seniors thrive not just in body and mind, but also socially.
French Meadow Place Assisted Living and Memory Care
We strive to meet the needs of both our assisted living and memory care residents. French Meadow Place takes the time to deliver unique care for each resident.
The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Le Sueur staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. French Meadow Place meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

Devotional Services Onsite, Outdoor Common Areas, Beautician Onsite, Meals Provided, Indoor Common Areas, Devotional Services Offsite, Activities Onsite and other perks are available to all residents. Seniors enjoy the comfort of their new home while our friendly, well-trained staff is available for anything they may need or want.
We do our best to make sure each resident is able to sustain a healthy, fulfilling life during their stay. In order to do this, our facility has Property Convenient to Busline, Transportation at Cost, Respite Offered, Wheelchair Accessible Showers, Hospice Available, Aging in Place to keep them active. After all, one of the keys to staying independent is staying active.
Residents enjoy of a full schedule of social, educational and entertaining activities. Our structured program helps all residents maintain a high quality of life.
