Affinity at Eagan is one of best 55+ communities in the southern metro! Their facilities are top notch and packed with great amenities. The professionals that operate this community are stellar. My family appreciates the excellent care they take of our grandma/mother. We’re so glad she settled here! We recommend this place to anyone.

I was very very happy at Affinity and it was hard for me to move out. But there are a couple of things that really need to be addressed by corporate. I know this is talked about a lot but the rent increase was really difficult for many people. I completely understand that they need to increase it every couple of years because of inflation but the last rent increase was very high and I know a lot of people moved out because of that. And I think a lot of people don't move in because of it! My apartment was lovely and I loved it but it was incredibly expensive. I think all the empty apartments speak for themselves when it comes to the rent increase. I am also aware of 4 other people who are going to be leaving because of the rent increase. I needed to leave because my doctor didn't want me living alone anymore but I think I would have had to have leave when my lease was up because of the cost. I will truly miss living there because of all the positive things at the facility, but the rent situation really needs to be addressed. On a more positive note, the facility was always spotless and I really appreciated the fact that utilities were included in the rent as it was one less thing to have to do each month! I also wanted to mention how wonderful the maintenance staff was! They were very friendly and attended to fixing things very quickly.! I will miss living there!

Great community of 55+ residents. Weekly Happy Hour along with movies in the theater. The golf simulator gets a lot of use and the workout room has plenty of equipment. Underground parking is heated and clean. Love living here.

We have lived here since last fall and enjoy it very much. The staff is exceptional and they are so friendly and helpful. They are many amenities and they plan several activities throughout the year for everyone. Great place to live!

We have lived here for a month now. Lease signing and move in process was easy, the staff here extremely helpful. The location is awesome, we love the outlet mall across the street and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and everything in working order. We love the lifestyle here and everyone is very friendly. The building is extremely safe and secure. The amenities here are too numerous to list, we use the pool and gym almost everyday. Looking forward to nice weather to enjoy all the outdoor spaces here. We highly recommend Affinity.

Very friendly and open when I toured for a client. But, just before move in and during move in. I felt an attitude change, an unfriendliness among some of the staff. You can only fake so much. Want to say great job to the leasing consultant Stephanie she was consistent and honest thru the application to move in process. Thanks Stephanie.

I have always said Anticipation is usually twice as great as actually.n the case of Affinity at Eagan this is not true. The property and Penny and her staff have exceeded expectations and have worked with residents to correct minor situations that may have happened while maintaining respect. This venture will take time for it to become perfect but the concept is great and as residents and staff continues to grow iit will be great. I do like that all of us seem to be jelling into a family. Bob Grinager (ambassador)
