Amazing place to work! The staff have been amazing at getting me acclimated and been so kind when I have any questions. I love that I have been able to create more fun activities for the residents to enjoy and be apart of. I cannot wait to see where we go from here!

Our mother has been living there for only six months. She had a mishap fall Christmas day morning, slipped on her bathroom because her socks were slippery hit her head on the tub and the help that transpired for her was unbelievable from everyone of the staff on duty that day. Cheryl , Sarah ,Maria , Roger and Tracy . Everyone of them came to help our mother and called us along with help for her. We highly recommend Champlin Shores . Champlin Shores is a great place to call home. This place has friendly and knowledgeable staff, wonderful neighbors to enjoy games, walks, delicious meals, fitness, happy hours with music and entertainment. You can also find yourself relaxing on the back patio taking in the views and sounds of the water and the bird sanctuary from Mill Pond right out back.

Moved my Mom in memory care and my Dad in assisted living a few months ago. Their lives have improved greatly. They really like it and the employees are wonderful!

We moved our Dad to memory care last Nov. We are so much more at ease with him being in a safe situation now. He is very content with his new environment. There have been some concerns, mainly with communications dealing with all the staff but, they have been very good about resolving these issues

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love the staff, they are kind and welcoming. My friend Gordy lives there with his partner, a bull terrier named Ginger. The staff help him with her, and when I walk her down the hall, I am often met with big smiles and people saying "Ginger", like she is also special!! Thank you to everyone there that works so hard to bring everyone love and comfort.

I currently work at Brookdale champlin & it is great!!! I LOVE my residents !!! & usually when I'm not working , they usually cross my mind atleast once a day & I think to myself how they are doing!!! It is a great community!! I've recommended friends & family to work here because I know they would be good for this place & the residents LOVE them !!! ?????? Half the time my residents are so sweet , it makes me tear up!! ??????
