We moved in a few months ago, and we absolutely love it here! It’s quiet, hallways are always clean, and anytime we’ve needed help or something fixed they got it done right away!

Lived here a little over a year til we bought a house. Straight forward lease buy-out terms. No small print, harassment, or hidden fees when we chose to leave.was really nice up til we moved in, then the tone seemed to change. Very business forward, not nearly as friendly. Different policies for different residents with regard to dogs. We had issues with our dogs on the lawn in front of our unit, other residents clearly have not been spoken to about the same exact behaviors, as they still continue.was helpful, friendly, prompt, and respectful. Work orders were usually fulfilled same day. Complex is well maintained, mostly quiet neighborhood though surroundings are getting questionable. Snow removal is prompt but could be more-so with complex owned equipment.Some residents were very friendly but most treated us as outsiders. Very cold and judgemental stares. Mind you, we just work and lead fairly quiet lives. Rent was on the high side for lack of amenities such as an indoor pool, workout equipment, etc. Though there is an argument to be made that rent is fair given smaller buildings with nice sized garages, closed one way in, out community, and close proximity to the river & park.Overall we had very few issues and as a 30yo couple with no kids, we had no problem calling this home for as long as we lived there .

Ive actually rented here twice over the years. The grounds are maintained, safe and quiet. The pool and dog park was utilized by myself and my daughter often. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Neighbors are friendly and help you if you need anything as well. These, in my opinion are the best apartments in Anoka for your value.

The apartments are really spacious, and I love the closet space. You really dont get this amount of closet in other apartments. The office staff are nice and listen to concerns. I would like to see more updates for what we pay in rent, but it sounds like its all in progress. Awesome area, and there isnt much commotion.

Good management. Well maintained grounds. Right next to a nice park and walking trail. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Great little community. Ive always felt safe, even walking around at night. Rent is a little high, but I dont mind paying a bit more to be somewhere decent. Only two small gripes - 1) the roads in the community are a bit beaten up, they underwent major renovations a month or so ago, but this amounted to patching some of the worst places, 2) if you do a lot of online shopping it can be a pain, several carriers only deliver to the office so expect to make frequent trips to get your packages.

If you can afford it, you cant live in a more spacious, friendly, well maintained property. The private entries are like town homes without steps, or the utility cost. Going on being a five year resident.
