I've been living at The Hampton Manor of Commerce for almost 1 year and I absolutely love this place! The care staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a wide variety of activities and I've created so many friendships since moving here. The facility feels very "at home" and the community itself is beautiful. I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of moving into a senior living community or memory care facility to check this place out!

I just had a WONDERFUL experience taking a tour of the commerce Twp facility. I could not hold back my tears of joy. I was impressed on the place and along with the 3 people I talked with. It was an uplift on how their goal is to make sure our elders are treated with the respect and dignity that they so well deserve. Thank You ladies and gentlemen for letting me see that there are places out there that aren’t so depressing that are still affordable

These disgruntled employees sicken me. My grandmother has lived in this facility for over a year and although the management team is newer, they are doing an amazing job building this new facility. I would come in on weekends and see some employees lagging at their job, their morals, their work ethic was low, and the respect for the management and residents was not there. I couldn’t believe some of the stuff they would say. My concerns were brought to management and they addressed them immediately. These reviews show the disrespect and lack of knowledge the employees had. Assisted living facilities do not need a licensed nurse in their building. Commerce has a house doctor whose NP comes monthly and is in touch with the wellness team for the needs of the residents, including my grandmother. They have a Podiatrist, an eye and ear doctor with a Portable dentist.. all these things my grandma has used in this facility. The new administrator as been with the company since the grand opening and is well equipped to run the building. Their new operations manager was the supervisor of the building and physically cared for my grandmother on multiple occasions and went above and beyond for her. When I went in a few days ago, all I seen was new employees. They were cleaning, playing bingo, my gma was smiling and enjoying the festivities. The whole atmosphere has changed for the better and I see all the growth. The weekends have been so much better with the new faces. I love the changes and the new staff. Keep up the good work and keep loving my grandma. She loves you all too!

I love this facility! It has great management and takes care of their clients very well. I have never had any problem with any of the worker, they are great people! I feel 100% confident in the employees with my relatives and would recommend to everybody!

Commerce Comfort Care is totally unorganized. No one at the facility has any idea how to manage or run a place for the elderly. Very few staff, 1 or 2 young aids on weekends. No cook – if there is one, only two days a week. Little to no activities provided, making it very boring for seniors who are mobile/aware. HORRIBLE management. Trying to run the facility as cheap as they possibly can. Many better options of facilities for the same or lesser cost! Do your homework – Commerce Comfort Care is lacking in so many areas. Don’t trust their sales pitch!

Absolutely gorgeous Assisted Living and Memory care. I had the opportunity to go to their open house yesterday.We were greeted by the friendly staff, when touring we could feel the passion behind their new facility and incoming residents. I couldnt believe how open and bright this community is. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Big windows that look out to courtyards, a movie theater and a large beauty shop.
