Creative and kind staff. Morrezio is so darling! He’s always interacting with the residents and making sure they’re properly cared for. My grandmother always feels like she is getting proper treatment and is making so many friends. Love this community and its staff!

We couldn’t be happier, my mom has been there 2 weeks and there is an amazing change in her. The staff she absolutely loves. Logan, Meghan and India have made the transition very pleasant for all of us. Mom looks forward to seeing “her girls “ everyday. Beautiful place

We had to cut our vacation short after hearing about the problems our son was having. I had no idea that they did not have adequate staff to take care of his needs. The aids dropped him on the floor one evening. We never got that report from anyone and I’m wondering if anyone there was notified. He has two bruises on his leg. No gait belts, no hoyer. We were told that the hoyers are privately owned and they couldn't use them but their pamphlet clearly states they have them. He was in tears (which he has never done) telling me he had to wait to go to the bathroom and wet himself. He again called to say that he had been waiting and ended up peeing in a wastebasket next to his bed not once but twice. We had family come since we were so concerned. Family had given him his showers and did his laundry. He had stayed here twice before without incident.

I recently had a tour of this location - what a great location for this beautiful facility! The decor of the open kitchen area, with dining and lounging areas is very warm and welcoming. Fun and entertainment was definitely considered when furnishing the movie theatre and activities area. Welcome home residents!

I was very nervous for my loved one to be in a home especially with coronavirus, but today I went to put a deposit and I couldnt believe how amazing this place was and how the staff was so friendly! The consumers were also so happy snd loving there!! Brittney was amazing!!! I kept breaking down and she was so thoughtful, they dont rush you into a decision or make you feel any type of Way! Our tour was supposed to be an hour snd her shift ended at 4 snd we stayed a bit longer with questions and looking into the policys and not one time did she show she was annoyed or bothered with us! I truly appreciated that snd made this decision easier on the family! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful facility!! The building layout and design is welcoming with a warm atmosphere for residents, staff, and families. The spacious dining rooms, living rooms, and activity room is great for socializing, entertaining, and visiting with other residents and staff. The beautiful spa room is perfect for relaxing and the cinema room ready for movies and popcorn! Well done! Welcome home residents!

The beauty of this brand new facility was unmatched by any other facility. I was impressed from the minute I pulled up. It is with that attention to detail and cleanliness that made me feel comfortable moving my loved one here. I can not wait for it to open so I can move her out of the current one she is in. I would highly recommend Sterling Heights comfort care to anyone and everyone!

This place is fantastic! My tour was very informative and exciting. The director was very thoughtful and answered all of the questions that we did have. We feel our family member is going to be in a safe and clean environment. I am really looking forward to the opportunity for my loved one to be a part of the Sterling Heights Comfort Care community.

Would highly recommend checking this place out! I had the chance to check it out at its grand opening and it looks fantastic! Ive seen many assisted living homes before and out of all of them I would say this is a MUST see.

This was 1 of 4 facilities I visited with my parents this past weekend for my nana. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was the right place for her. It was homey, but upscale. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at ease while giving us the tour. Plus, I know my nana is going to love getting her hair done at the salon every week! We will be moving my nana in in September -- it is a must see for your loved one!

Honestly, this place looks more than a hotel than anything else. It looks fantastic, lots of natural light and the rooms are very spacious. Staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help! 5 stars from me!

This facility is so beautiful as well as highly professionally staffed. This location is prime for shopping dining and movies. When its time for me to go to a retirement community. I hope I can be a resident here. it has every thing a retiree can dream of. The quality of life will be so great with this environment and staff. I am going to schedule a meeting and tour real soon!
