I've been working at Anthology of Northville for nearly a year now and it has brought me so much joy. We have some of the sweetest residents and staff! I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to see our seniors get involved in the different activities and outings we provide, not to mention the way the place lights up during one of the activity department's beloved parties/events. It makes coming to work so much easier because I know our community is filled with lively, caring, and passionate individuals.

Anthology of Northville is a beautiful community and extremely well managed. The administrative staff is very professional and goes above and beyond in meeting the needs for all their residents. There are many group activities for their residents and the food is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Anthology of Northville to your loved one looking for a senior community.

Great place to work. My friend works at this community. She always has good things to say about the great employee culture and appreciation. I am writing a review because of the positive stuff she keeps mentioning about her job in reference to the employee culture. The previous job she had she would complain about a lot.

Beware! I know several families with loved ones living there that have been injured while under their care. Residents falling all the time with smashed faces and broken bones, hips. One family had their loved ones clothes go missing, stolen. Another familys loved one sat in their PJs all day with no regard for her dignity. They cant keep staff employed and are always under-staffed, leaving vulnerable seniors without proper monitoring and care, especially in the memory care unit. The Executive Administrator only cares about $$ and has no clinical background...a pure corporate shrill who is incredibly rude. Several have ended up filing complaints with the State which means investigations are coming. Apparently the facility has a provisional license due to inadequacies in the licensing process. It may look pretty on the outside, but there is no care provided at this place. 2 of the families have consulted attorneys due to the harm, injuries incurred under their care. Apparently they have changed their name(Anthology?) already...not surprising given the reputation they have developed in such a short time.

We were looking around this area for a community for my mum, she is still currently in independent living. I was amazed on how great the place looks. I believe the lady who showed us around was Alexi she was very nice and patient with us on the tour. This was far most the best community we have toured. The also had a great meal plan very unique compared to the rest. Defiantly our top choice.

I came to this community because I believe in what we do and more importantly I can be honest with families walking through the door that this is a good place. I have been in the industry for 15 years and have seen a lot of ups and downs. Anthology Senior Living has opened my eyes to all of the positive aspects of senior living! We have so many engaging activities for our memory care and assisted living residents! Our care staff is amazing and love each individual resident like family...All of our original care staff is with us, which, in this industry is a testament to the culture within our building and the company itself! We are adding more exceptional care staff to continue growing our Anthology family of care! Each of our residents has become an extension of our own families! We love our residents and our care staff! I am proud to be part of Anthology Senior Living!

I will start by commending this community on there nice job setting up a small car parade for the residents my grandma was so happy . I miss visiting her due to the Covid. We are very thankful to the team at this community they have taken great care of her since she moved in approximately a year ago. Even through this tough times. We work with several other Anthology Senior Living communities and there are three constants: caring, professional staff who put the resident experience first; beautiful communities and amenities; excellent programming which includes cognitive stimulation. I am delighted they are opening in my hometown. Go Northville Mustangs!

I have to say we have been very pleased with this place. What we loved about this place on our tour was the ability of our loved ones to have meals anytime of the day and actually being able to choose from a menu and not same meals as the other homes we have toured. They also had a variety of activities for the residents. The residents we saw seemed to be happy. We definitely will be sending our uncle to this community once he gets out of hospital.

My grandma lives at this community. She has lived at a few other senior living places before here. As a family, we are glad we finally found somewhere that we feel proud to call her home. The staff is what really make this place stand out. It does not matter when you visit, they are all caring and go extra mile to make sure the people living there are safe and happy. Thank you for caring for her! We also got a good deal for grandma to live in such a great place.

with the welcome since we did not have an appointment. The Director gave us a detail tour and was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. The community layout and the services offered to the residents were unique compered to some other places we had visited. We also liked the meal options and ability to pick from a menu. We will definitely be moving our mum to this community. I can easily understand why this place is filling up so fast.

I give this community a 5 star with no hesitation.My mum has been living at this community since they opened 3months ago and she has been so happy with this place. We were among the first 5 residents.They have great activities, great food available all day long and great hospitality with a nurse on every shift which wawhat weighed a lot on why we chose this communitMy siblings and I go to visit my mum who is 83 every weekThe Executive Director and her team are great very humble and always finds time to chat with me and is always asking for feedbackThe employees at this community are very friendly and provide a very welcoming atmosphere. My mum says she loves the variety of activities and always look forward to themBefore my mum moved to this community she had stayed in a few other communities in the area which we always had a lot of care issuesI can honestly say I have been sleeping soundly at night for the last 3 months knowing my mum is receiving the best careMy thank you to this team is to share our experience and joy with the world. My dad was one of the first residents in this communityHe has had a very good experience every time we visit him he talks about his team(I believe the residents meet every meal time and have there meals together and he really likes this.) my work schedule has not allowed me to come see this but its my priority to find time and see this since my father is always excited about it.I have personally seen this place grow and building filling up quick since in the first week we only had I think 8 residents.My dad had an issue with his laundry and I mentioned it to the Executive Director who assured me that his issue will be resolved that was two months ago I also received two follow up calls on this from the management team. Since then we have not had any issue. I have waited for sometime to see if this would re-occur to write my review but so far its has been a great experience and worth the money. Keep up the good work we as families understand its not an easy job that you do we appreciate you and pass my regards to the caregivers too. I know its not easy retaining team members in senior living but I have kept seeing the same faces in this community so good job on the retention.

I was very impressed by the management at this community. I work at a hospital in this area, we always have patients coming from different senior livings to our practice. What has impressed me the most, is I have noticed that the management at this community always comes to visit their residents here when they are admitted. I find this to be a very unique gesture and shows how they really care about there residents. Keep this up!

Anthology of Northville is a beautiful place to live and work. My favorite thing about our facility is that it is very homelike for residents. We have a 24 hour bistro that provides refreshments such as coffee, soda pop, fruit enhanced water, baked goods, nutrition bars, and chips. Our dining room is open from 7am to 7pm allowing residents to eat at their convivence and our food is great! The activities department does a great job making sure that residents are entertained everyday and on Thursdays they go on outings. Overall Anthology of Northville is a nice place check us out! 🙂

When I first interviewed at anthology. I just was stun because it looked so beautiful and amazing It felt like home not only because its a new facility but because the staff greeted me with such respect and thats very seldom that you will receive that in some places. The management here is amazing as well, I couldnt ask to be anywhere else but At anthology I would definitely recommend for folks to come tour our building and see the amazing offers we have for your loved ones.

We got a great deal for my uncle to stay here. Either we were lucky or had a deal for the first 100 residents. So far so good my uncle loves this place. He has been living there for only few weeks and seems to like it a lot. He talks about the casino trips.
