I have the pleasure of working with several different facilities and meet and see staff members everyday. You can always see the facilities where the staff treats the residents as family. A truly great place that has been a godsend for my Mom! After going through several minor medical procedures and then a couple of falls, she needed a place where she would have some independence but also 24, 7 access to help. Addington Place was just what she needed. We cannot be happier that she found a place where she can remain active, socialize and stay safe. The staff has been wonderful to her and she quickly found a group of like-minded ladies to hang out with. We are very thankful we found this place!

Their caring and loving staff puts the residents care above all else. Also, several members of my family have had the pleasure of working here. Staff is okay but you can tell who is there because they care about the elderly and who is there just because itsa job. My grandmother was there for respite and the staff is not trained to put on braces or anything else. At 1:30 in the afternoon my grandma was still not dressed because no one had been in to help her. After using the restroom some staff were out the door before she got situated in her chair even though she is braced and a fall risk. The food was mostly luke warm. Definitely room for improvement!

I would highly recommend Addington Place. My mom has Dementia and I was looking for a place where she is able to do most things on her own, but have help when it is needed. The transition of moving her in went very smoothly with Mindys help. She was there for me through the whole process and worked with me on making my mom comfortable and making it affordable for my mom to live independent! The staff are so sweet and genuinely caring. The best part for my mom is they allow pets! She has a cat and this really helps with her anxiety. Thank you Addington Place!

I visited this community today for a family gathering. It was clean, smelled good, and my grandma was so happy! Others were in the living room cheering on their favorite football team during the playoff game. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Addington Place of Grand Rapids for any senior looking for a fun and caring community to call home. In addition to the wonderful atmosphere, the restorative program allows all residents to receive group and individualized opportunities for exercise and engagement. It is truly a great place to be!

Addington Place is a very nice facility. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and capable. My mother loves the food, and the menu is different daily. My mother is comfortable here and my mind is free of worries knowing she is in good hands.

I have worked with Addington Place of Grand Rapids since November 2017. The staff is friendly and puts the residents first, providing excellent and safe care. Our residents and staff are the best. Each resident is cared for with love and compassion. The meals are hot and tasty with snacks offered throughout the day. This place is very clean. Would definitely recommend!

My mother received excellent care while at Crystal Springs Assisted Living. Of the several facilities we toured, their rooms were more spacious, comfortable, and easily personalized - along with being far less expensive. Staff was professional, caring and compassionate. The staff was quick to listen and respond to the few concerns we had. Food was good quality and lots of fresh varieties for snacking. Worked well with hospice to provide for end of life care - for both my mother and our family. We were treated like family.
