I made friends w a long time client that became more than a friend. Jerry had a wonderful transition at Grand Vista Assisted Living! The facility had a positive impact on our experience. They are attentive and have friendly staff, clean facilities, and accommodations for family events. They prioritize communication and care, which are crucial in assisted living facilities. Overall, I highly recommended place!

My parents were struggling to be able to say good-bye to a life long friend who was a resident at Grand Vista. As those of us who love and appreciate the struggles that come with end of life, it was difficult to hear their sadness in not being able to see their friend one last time. I was able to reach out and request a special consideration for them to see their friend in Hospice care. Mr. Maxson was gracious and accommodating. My parents were able to visit on Thursday and their friend passed away on Sunday of last week. Their kindness was evident in the way that the staff and Mr. Maxson treated the situation with tenderness and compassion. We are grateful.

We placed my FIL there for respite care in 2021 for 3 months. He came back to live with us. Then upon returning for respite again while we took a vacation out of the country. He loved it so much he decided to stay. I love that he can age in place in his apartment. This means a lot to an elderly person. They do not enjoy being moved and having to make new friends. I have noticed they form a family together. We enjoy eating with him at times and enjoy the home cooked meals. Having experienced other assisted livings and going through some stressful situations, I can say Grand Vista is Most definitely a 5 plus star!

My mother recently moved into the new Grand Vista 2 facility in Coldwater. Our family was impressed with the entire experience and with how the owner and staff worked to make Mom comfortable. The facility is welcoming and the rooms are spacious compared to others I have seen. I have eaten there and the food was very tasty. We also liked that they have different levels of care in case Mom needs more help later on. The staff has been friendly and responsive to all of Mom’s needs. It is clear that they are dedicated to creating a homelike experience. Would highly recommend!

Mom came to Grand Vista after a short hospital stay. She has been at Grand Vista through COVID 19 Pandemic. Grand Vista has done everything possible to keep families connected. Mom has had a difficult adjustment to assisted living but Grand Vista has been there every step of the way,

I am so thankful for this caring place. My mother has resided at Grand Vista since May of 2019. This past year has been very trying for all, but the staff and owners have all been great at trying to keep their residents connected to family as much as they legally could. Last I knew they have had 0 cases of Covid with their staff and residents. Grand Vistas committment to safety and the health of their residents has been and continues to be of paramount importance!

Congratulations to the new management & team at GV! While consulting here the past few months I have observed the compassionate & person centered care given to each resident on a daily basis. They provide social activity, a wonderful dining experience & staff interaction throughout the day. GV is dedicated to continue specialized training for all staff, provide communication between residents, physicians & family members to assure excellent care. I have worked at Grand Vista in Coldwater as the Activity Director for just about five years. We may be a twenty room facility, but the best part is the residents all consider themselves family. I see a lot of love for one another and that warms my heart.

The owner of Grand Vista is always accessible even on weekends and holidays. he does not hesitate to give out his private number. He cares about the residents. Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is made to order, which residents love and food is wonderful. Activities are enjoyed by all residents. Great place for your loved one.
