I give Southwinds Active Adult Community a five-star rating because the application process went smoothly, and the staff were always very attentive and helpful. The amenities alone suggest an active environment for adults 55 and older. It was not hard to decide to live here because of the friendly, safe, and beautiful environment it portrayed. Everyone seems to be friendly, comfortable and very proud of where they live. I would highly recommend Southwinds as a place for both active and nonactive adults to live because the atmosphere alone will satisfy the mind, body and spirit.

My Mom and sister both live at Southwinds Active Adult Community. We are very blessed to have found a beautiful and clean place them to live! The staff is amazing and very friendly. We love Judy, she is the best!

Safe and secure. I feel at peace knowing that my mom is safe in the community. They have a gated entrance, you need an access key to enter all buildings and they have cameras all over the property inside and out.

The Southwinds Active Adult Community is a wonderful and very nice facility. At this place you can find that their management team is very friendly and attentive, always greeting you with a smile. They go above and beyond to answer any concerns and questions that you may have. I highly recommend this facility if you are interested in choosing a place live.

I have been here for 6 years and love it! Its conveniently located to supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants and the mall. I have great friends and have met so many wonderful people! We have planned activities, parties, trips, etc! This is a great place live!!

Its the best deal for the money. Its easy access to shops, restaurants, medical, etc., the amenities are many, and the people are friendly and caring. The staff are very responsive to the residents. Many extras are provided such as Happy Hour on Friday, continental breakfast on Thursday, BBQs, cookouts, parties, dances, trips, concerts, movie nights, free shuttle to the mall, free prescription delivery, vegetable vendor once a week, in house church services, and the list goes on.

Love it here, so much to do. We are never idol, always busy. Movies, Happy Hour, Free Donuts and Bagels, Coffee all day in the Bistro. Come join the fun. We also have Bible Study and a Library if you read. 5 Star
