Hello My Name is actually Maria . I have worked with A Homemade Plan for the past year and half , unfortunately I have made the decision to leave my position as a care coordinator, due to my own personal endeavors. Im absolutely heartbroken ive had to leave such a wonderful company . I have never been so happy in my life at work , its been very self rewarding professionally and personally . Im really going to miss working with such an amazing team of managing partners. My mother had a stroke and was due to leave the hospital in two days. We knew she would need more individual attention that the rehab staff could provide. On the recomendation of the hospital, I contacted A Homemade Plan (then called Angels of Care) and was able to arrnge sitter covergae for the next day. Over the course of the next few years they were true partners in our care of our mother, helping her when we could not be there. We kept a notebook in which weall documented her care and this information was invaluble to our being able to support my mother in the final years of her life. They were true partners, always ready to help, attentive to both my mothers and our familys needs, as we adjusted schedules and personell. I would recomend them to anyone needing extra help with a loved ones care.
