They have been great with my mother. The staff is very good and attentive with the residents. I am comfortable with having my mother here it and i am worrying less about her.

My dad was at wingate in s. hadley before he came here and this place is 100 times better. wingate couldn't even come close to orchard valley in care, cleanliness, meals, employees, etc., etc., etc. orchard valley is absolutely wonderful in all aspects of elder care.

I have only ever been a visitor, not a guest, but the staff is very attentive, and the facility is clean, well-kept, and cheery.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Homey Place for elders to live. They're cozy accommodating apartments with people there to help those that aren't able to live alone anymore. A nice balance between independence and help when needed. Everyone is friendly and the surroundings are very clean and stylish decor.

Orchard Valley has been a place where my Mom is comfortable to call her new home. We travel a distance because it is a place where I don't worry about her care. I can work and know that she is being cared for like I cared for her at home. The staff are kind , caring , and compassionate. They are wonderful motivators and extremely positive.
