I can't say enough good things about Dependable. They are always available and responsive. The owner, the office staff, and the aids...everyone is wonderful. There is so much trust involved with bringing an outsider into the homes of our loved ones who need help and at this point, I trust Dependable 100%. With so much experience, they've not only provided excellent home health care but have also offered priceless support and advice as we navigate difficult situations. I'm not sure what we would have done without them. So grateful!

I want to say how professional, reliable and kind and compassionate all the caregivers have been for my father-in-law this past week. I would like to give a huge Kuddos to the day time sitter, Erika, who was awesome and went above and beyond, she was soooo nice and patient with my father-in-law. and put me and my husband at ease knowing she was there with him and helping him with his errands.

Our hotel recommended Dependable Kid Care as we were looking for a babysitter at night for our 21 month old. We were VERY nervous to get a sitter through someone we didnt know personally. Cathy from Dependable Kid Care was so kind on the phone and understood our needs and concerns. The babysitter they sent felt like we had a grandma watching our boy. She was so kind and patient and held him anytime he needed, which he needed a lot of holding because he spiked a fever during our trip! I highly recommend Dependable Kid Care if youre looking for a babysitter during your vacation in New Orleans.

My wife and I came to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, and wanted a few hours to walk around without our little one. Dependable Kid Care, and the caregiver that came to our hotel (Cathy) were amazing. Our hotel was right on the parade route and even after the parades were over, the police werent letting people through due to street cleanup, but Cathy went above and beyond by getting the police to give her an escort, so that she could bypass the barricades and get to our hotel. Even with all of that Cathy arrived on time, and was extremely pleasant. We were nervous about leaving our little one with someone we didnt know, but the concierge recommended this service, and Cathy contacted us beforehand, and we felt very comfortable with her. Out little one seemed very happy with Cathy too, she read to him, kept him entertained while we were away, and she sent us text updates. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone, and I will use it myself again the next time I come to New Orleans; hopefully we can get Cathy again!

Greetings my experience working for dependable, has been a pleasant one. Conseverely l have accepted many referrals, some were for a couple of days , as a feel in . Most of my referrals were ongoing. Im a people person , full of love, and compassion. I have a great personality that is very acceptable to my referrals. I have a passion for the sick, and the elderly.

Evening though I love my job been doing it for over ten years and two plus years with Dependable. But there something that I really do want Dependable to do. When it come down to home, when the caregiver have to write down what the clients do on each shift. To ask for a cope of it. So if anything helping they have a copy of what the caregiver wrote in the book to back up what the caregiver say what had helping.

Excellent! While visiting New Orleans, we decided to hire a sitting service for our kids. I read reviews about Dependable sitting, and they were good, and our hotel recommended them as well. We called last minute, and they still had a sitter within an hour at our hotel so we could go out to dinner. We are very thankful they had someone available, and even though the kids was asleep, the sitter seemed very friendly, age appropriate and kind. We would recommend these services to anyone looking and dont worry about the leaving my kids with a stranger bit we were naturally concerned but out concerns were eased quickly. Thank you again, ladies!

We have the most wonderful, genuine and kind caregiver for our 94 year old mother. She is so very friendly, dependable and competent, and will call our mother even on her days off just to make sure everything is alright. They laugh together, and can be stern with one another, but over these months they have become very close and it is a pleasure to see the way they interact. We are so blessed to have her in our mothers life and in ours. Her motto is Live Love Laugh.

Dependable is a great company to help you care for your elderly father with Alzheimers. Recently my mother in law has been ill and requiring assistance. Of course we called on Dependable again.
