Atria Stony Brook is an assisted living facility. They also feature a life guidance section which cares for people suffering from different forms of dementia. The staff are very caring towards the residents and go out of their way to know and speak to everyone. They have a nice dining area and feature a very ample and flexible menu to choose from. The grounds are well maintained and there are several areas for sitting outside. If you have a family member in need of care you should take a look at Atria Stony Brook.

My mom, Kate D. recently passed on sept 30th at the young age of 94. The last 18 months of her life was spent at Atria Stony Brook. Words can not describe how much she loved being part of the Atria community! The activities, the staff and the overall community gave her a great deal of happiness and purpose to enjoy each day she was a resident. THANK YOU for being such a wonderful experience for my mom!

My father-in-law was a resident there for 3 12 years and his care was top notch! Everyone was kind, caring, patient and like family. He lived in both the assisted living area and the Memory Care section. We were blessed to know that he was so wonderfully cared for when we were not there. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I absolutely love Atria Stony Brook!!! Every time I go in I am greeted with warm happy friendly faces!!!! All the wonderful members of the staff are so wonderful to the residents! As the salon partner we hear everything residents have to say and everyone is grateful and comfortable in their home! Love working there and seeing everyones happy faces!! Happy Hair Day!!!!

I absolutely love the care my Grandfather gets at this facility. The Director and Activities director of Life Guidance are absolutely wonderful with all of the residents, as are all of the caregivers. I always feel they truly care about my grandfather. He is always treated with respect and dignity. It doesnt matter what time I pop in for my visits, he is always clean, his room is always clean and they are always there to give me an update on his day. I would recommend this wonderful home to anyone in need of amazing memory care.

I have been an employee here for almost six years and it is the best place I have ever worked. We are all family here and we treat each other as well as our residents with respect. We do have new mgt who are going above and beyond to see our residents and employees needs are met.I would bring any member of my family here to live on either AL or LG side and feel perfectly content knowing they are well taken care of.We are Atria strong!!

Dads been there about 2 12 years and Ive spent a lot of time visiting and actually stepping into his world as it is now. I love seeing him interact with professional, caring staff who give the community a real family feel. I sat in the entry one time and noticed as each resident and employee passed by, they greeted each other as good friends, by name, with smiles. I loved seeing that.

I thank God everyday that I can live and thrive here at Atria Stony Brook. All members of the staff make me feel welcome and a part of the Atria family.It is hard to say who the one member would be my favorite but, since food is such an important part of the day, the waiter named Patrick goes out of his way to be warm and friendly and really strives to please every one. When things were really rough one time and my order not taken for over 30 minutes because I was behind one of the pillars in the dining room and could not be seen, from another location to which he was assigned, he saw me leaving and asked why. I told him and he begged me to come back and he would take care of my order. It came promptly and well prepared. He is like this all the time for everyone.Wish I could put everyone on this list. They all deserve it!!! Thanks for giving meus the opportunity to recognize someone special.
