I moved my mother from Florida to Atria Springdale about five months ago. The staff at Atria immediately made mom feel welcomed, and engage with her and all other residents on a daily basis. Daily scheduled activities provide a great opportunity for mom to engage with other residents, and have had a tremendous impact on her overall well being. Transportation provided to outings for lunch, shopping and other activities is a blessing for the residents who no longer drive. The staff is responsive to any questions or needs that I or my mother may have, and they are always happy to assist. Mom and our entire family are very pleased with Atria experience.

I have worked at Atria Springdale for a little over a year. Our residents are wonderful! The staff works hard to make sure we meet the needs of every resident and keep them safe during this time of Covid. The families entrust us to take care of parents, siblings, grandparents, and we give it 110%!

I have been an employee at Springdale for 11 years and absolutely love working there. My coworkers are all kind and help out one another. I look forward to walking into the community each morning to see my friends and our wonderful residents. I have been at Springdale so long because I truly believe it is the best place for a senior to call home. We have dedicated staff, great engaging activities, healthy food and so much more. My grandma and her cat lived at Springdale for several years and loved it! My family felt relief knowing she was not home alone and in a safe environment. I highly recommend living or working there.

Ive worked here since march of 2018. It is a great place that feels like home. Staff and residents are my family here and even on the worst days you will leave with a smile. I remember on my moms death anniversary I dreaded making myself get up and go but I came into work and the residents and staff came together to make me smile and laugh all day. They keep me going!! Atria Springdale is phenomenal and the only place I trust with my mother. We have been so fortunate to have found this loving, caring, beautiful facility for the last few years. It is truly like home. The attentive staff cares for the residents like they are their own family, we have been beyond pleased with the level of personal care. The meals are fantastic, the activities are fun and engaging, and they really foster a sense of community. I appreciate the communication whenever any concerns arise, they are always willing to call and work with me on how to best care for my mom. Wed be lost without Atria, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Ive had the privilege of touring Atria Springdale before a speaking engagement for their residents. All I can say is WOW! Over the years, I have been in numerous facilities across Kentucky. Hands down, this is by far the nicest! From staff greeting you, to the amenities, I must say I was impressed. If I had to use one word to describe the experience, it would be ORGANIZED. My aunt lives at Atria Springdale and loves it. We have offered to let her live with us, but she is very happy there -- she loves her independence and the friends she has made. She also raves about the staff all the time (from the kitchen to the caregivers). Highly recommend this place!

My grandma lived at this Atria location and my family loved it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My grandma loved all the activities, especially poker, bingo, and exercise. They would go out to lunch weekly and grandma really looked forward to those trips. The care staff was always quick to respond and very pleasant.

Atria has the most competent office staff and the kindest caregivers. There are so many great activities planned for the residents, and they have an excellent culinary program. It should definitely top anyones list when looking for senior residences.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility! My father, who has dementia, lives here, and they provide excellent care, love, and quality of living for him. Marie Branham, the resident services director there, is as good as they come. She takes care of the needs of the residents, cares about and knows each one, and relates to family members in such a comforting and caring way. The RSAs are on top of it! They know my dads personality because they take time to get to know the residents. Im so thankful for Atria Springdale...it is a blessing for my dad and for me as we go through lifes challenges together. They have helped me have peace, knowing my dad is well cared for and loved.

Ive been with Atria Springdale going on 6 years as part of the administration department. I am proud to be part of our great staff. Sometimes I observe other staff members and you can see they truly love and care about our residents. Our residents truly become our extended family. I love our residents (as well as their family members), I love my co-workers, I love my job!
