I was confined to bed, but had to learn to get myself to bathroom or I would pee myself. I was in pain for 2 hours because the nurse stated she went to lunch and ran an errand. The occupational therapist did not read my records resulting in her accusing me of either lying about asthma or lying about military service. I am a burn pit victim with my asthma and breast cancer directly related. I left as soon as my ramp was built because I'd rather be home aline than have their services any longer eventhough I was authorized an additional 2 weeks. I'd had ankle surgery with a plate and 13 screws. Not ONE of my nurses checked my bandages and refused to help me adjust my boot. I could have had a problem with my incision and nobody would know until weekly doctor visit. I finally took it off myself so they could assist putting it back on. The entire experience was beyond ridiculous.

Very nice facility and my mom seems well taken care of there. It is a clean, comfortable, and inviting for residents as well as the guests who visit them. My mom appreciates the hard work of the staff and is grateful for the care they give.

Its been a few months and My husband is still very happy here. We are both pleased with the staff and the care given. The food continues to be good with other choices when you arent interested in the planned main course. His room is always clean and so is he! Glad we made this choice.

It was so good to see Mom again after 14 months! It was especially nice to be able to visit with her in her room. Hoping the restrictions will continue to ease as more of us become vaccinated.We really appreciate the staffs help in making our visit possible while keeping the residents safe.

My daughter was only there for a week following a stroke, but they took such excellent care of her from her nurses, therapy team to the administration team. She was actually very sad to leave. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality care.

There is such a group of compassionate caregivers here. The staff really work to engage the patients and support them as they heal.The rehab team has great insights into ways to make sure that the patients succeed after discharge and even go to the house to make sure the right progress is being made.This is a great asset in Wichita

The facility was very nice, clean and looked in great shape. The halls were wide and the facility has two elevators one being large for wheelchair or people using walkers. A bistro area was available for those wanting alternative meal choices and the dining room was nice with windows. The biggest plus was a chapel on the second floor where they have services and rosary. The nursing home section was also a step up from the other facilities

We selected Villa Christi on McLean. It was a great choice. Nice comfortable rooms, helpful friendly staff. Food was outstanding. Overall the best choice for our needs

My sister and I were trying to find a good place for our mom to live when we found Via Christi. It seemed like a good fit almost right away. We had opportunities to look at other places but most of them were too expensive and some of them I didnt get a good feeling for from the people I talked to on the phone. So when we found this place, it felt right. The staff seems to treat the residents well; they seem to communicate well and are knowledgeable about what theyre doing. Mom doesnt like the food much, but I think thats more of a personal preference than anything else. The facility itself seems to be a very clean place. One thing that bothers me, though, is that you sometimes have to pay extra for some services that seem to be included in the price at other places. For example, we will have to pay extra to have maintenance hang some of my moms pictures on the wall. There are plenty of activities for the residents to do and theyve got a pretty good community room that they have a lot of them in, like bingo and local entertainers. Theyll take the residents out on field trip to the grocery store, shopping, and even to the casino, but I think you have to have a little more independence to be able to do that. Overall, I would recommend them to others.
