Caring and kind staff work very hard to provide a safe, engaged community for the residents. There are a variety of activies available throughout the week, and the in-house PT/OT/SLP team (Legacy) are great. They seem to be working diligently to increase staffing, as is everyone else in the U.S.

I moved my parents here from out of state so I could take care of them closer to me. Greenwood Terrace has felt like family from day one. My dad passed in 2020 & they love on my mom like she was theirs. Jae, the new cleaning lady for the 2nd floor, who also helps serve in the dining room, THE BEST we’ve had since they moved in! And mom loves her!!

This was the perfect place for my father as he moved through phases of being independent to needing more help. He loved being social, participating in activities and community meals; but always enjoyed being able to retreat to the privacy of his room. The management team treated him with kindness. As his caregiver, I appreciated the open communication I received from the staff and was invited to share feedback along the way through surveys. The Interim services offered me the flexibility to tailor wellness services for my father as his needs changed that were affordable. I chose to keep my father in Greenwood Terrace as we moved into his final days with the assistance of Interim Hospice. I am grateful for that decision.

Very kind and. A willingness to accomidate your needs if possible. EVEN if is not their area or job. Food is fair but could be much worse. Fair pricing but as all it could be cheeper. We old folks are on a very fixed income. Blessings
