I used bright star to assist with taking care of my mother since August 2020. Destini is the one I would ask for to help with my mother and she was always willing to be there if she was available. Destini has always been patient and caring and worked well with my mother helping her with her daily tasks, strengthening exercises , playing games and was a good companion when I needed someone to be with her. Brightstar Homecare is one of the best companies that i have worked for in my whole caregiving career. I have had so many family things go on and Brightstar is always there to help me with what ever I may need. The staff there is amazing and friendly. Always enjoy going into the office. They also ask for the caregiver’s opinion on things, and what the company can improve on or train you on. If you are just getting your career started or wanting to change companies Brightstar is the place for you! They also take pride in making sure the families are taken care of and that they are happy! I have never seen such a caring place of employment.

BrightStar Care has been amazing for my family. My grandmother used to fall multiple times a night when we would leave her, and it terrified my family knowing that she was alone all night long. Once we brought BrightStar into the mix, she hasn't had a single fall at night! They're overnight care for her has been amazing, and even my grandma feels safer now! The staff is always kind, and willing to do so much to help her out!

Brightstar listens to their clients and works to meet their needs. Our caregiver, Karen, is professional, skilled, and committed to providing my dad with outstanding care. She interacts with him, pays attention to his medical conditions, and clearly communicates with our family about any concerns she has about him. He is her primary focus at all times and we know that our dad is receiving quality care. The company is easy to work with and did a great job of matching us with a top notch professional. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Best medical field job i Ianded my whole career. Offer many different ways to work as far as facility and private duty sign ups. Staff is very helpful and always sending out rewards to those who work hard. Schedules can be very flexible the way you like it. Pay can be a bonus you pick up shifts you want to work and they send out what the pay is and the underrated part is the charting. Its simple quick to do on your phone with instructions.

My ad needed around the clock care particularly at night. BrightStar was recommended to us by his Rehab Center which released him to home a week before Christmas. BrightStar provided night care the day of his release and was able to provide help for our requested 6 hours during the day and 12 hours at night. The office staff was so nice and diligent in ensuring a caregiver over the weekend, on holidays and even when the snow-ice was bad. They worked hard to match the caregiver-CNA with Dads heavy care needs and used our feedback to provide Dad with the same CNAs at night. The CNAs had varying years and levels of experience but I felt they were all great and took marvelous care of my dad. I would highly recommend BrightStar!

Since I live in Florida and my mother is in KC, it has been hard finding someone to help my mom after having a stroke. I hired Brightstar while in town to help her, but I could not stay as long as I wanted. I had some issues with the first person they sent, but after discussing it with the owner, everything has been fantastic. Im extremely grateful for the follow up and attention my mom has received. I could not be happier and I believe their care has really made a difference in my moms recovery.
