A wonderful place for your loved one to call home! Every single staff member cares for the residents and takes the time to get to know them and interact with them daily. There are engaging daily activities for everyone, and when visitors were not allowed due to COVID, the staff did one on one activities with each resident to keep their spirits up. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would...NWV is simply the best!

Posted for Ed Sanders: My wife Sally was diagnosed with dementia in 2008 and as things slowly declined, the diagnosis changed to Alzheimers. Her brain scan three years ago changed from moderate to severe and I thought I should start looking for a Memory Care facility for her. I did an extensive search of facilities in this area and my choice was North Woods Village. I have never second guessed myself on this decision. The staff from top to bottom do an excellent job and treat my loved one in many instances like their own personal family. With what we have gone through this past year with the pandemic, everyone should be congratulated for doing an excellent job. They also treat me pretty darn good too. Along with Sally, this entire group at North Woods is in my prayers every night. Thanks, Ed Sanders

The nurses and housekeeper truly care for the residents. The building is new and beautiful. They struggle with very high turnover with CNAs and kitchen staff. Sometimes that presents problems.
