It is a beautiful facility with kind and caring staff. Every time that I visit I am greeted with a warm smile and great customer service.

The first thing you notice about this facility is it's cleanliness. As you walk through the hall you don't feel like you are in a nursing home with all the friendly smiles and hard working staff. It is always good to see the residents and staff interact with animals. There are always a few dogs that come to visit to brighten their day.

When I first walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff members eager to help! Upon touring, I noticed that it wasn't just the front office staff members that were friendly, but rather everyone was kind, compassionate, and caring! The residents there look so happy and engaged in activities. This is the place I will want my loved ones to reside in if I am in need in the future. Thank you Coventry Meadows for making me feel welcome and more comfortable throughout this process!

What a beautiful campus near the Eagle Marsh area!! They have everything from senior apartments to assisted living to rehab, memory care and nursing facility. Everything we need for our aging parents all in one place.. The team is so professional and knowledgeable, and they REALLY care about their residents as if they were their very own family. They even called to check in with discharged patients after they return home.

Great staff. Very caring and compassionate. I watch as the staff members go above and beyond for the needs of the residents. Kelly works endless hours many days to make sure things are taken care of and to see that staffing needs and residents needs are taken care of. Always works to get to the root of any issue and makes sure always to recognize someone for a job well done.

I have worked with a resident at Coventry Meadows and have had the privilege to witness the most wonderful caring people in a care facility. As a caregiver from an outside company, I go into many care facilities and none even come close to the love and kindness and understanding of the needs of their residents. Its a wonderful place, full of hard-working people with big hearts. They also make a point of offering education for those who want it. I am verbose by nature, but this is a place that I would gladly bring my mother and feel completely sure that they are taking great care of her.

Mere words cannot express how we fell about the staff that we witnessed tonight! The nurses and respiratory therapist went above and beyond for our loved one! She was only a patient for less than four hours. The staff displayed an example of how true patient care should be reflected! Thank you all so much!!!! Nurse Cheryl, Respiratory Therapist Troy, and to the nurse and therapist before them (I am sorry but I didn't get your names). It was so chaotic with our love one vitals in critical levels! God bless you all!!! And I hope you will be recognized for your excellent care!

Great reception today at Coventry Meadows Assisted Living! They did everything we needed to make sure moms transition went smoothly. Friendly and helpful staff. The other residents were happy and welcomed her with many encouraging words. And... The food tonight was good. We stayed and ate dinner with her tonight and was pleasantly surprised. We made the right choice bringing mom here!!

As retirement homes go it's a pretty nice retirement home. But they are well understaffed with few that strive to take care of the patients and more that seem like they are just there for a pay check. The assisted living portion is very nice though.

My 95 year old mother just stayed at this facility for several months under Respite care and today she returned home after being gone from home for over 3 months. The care, attention and most importantly, the genuine love shown my mother was nothing less than remarkable! She loved the facility; it was full of life, staff incredibly friendly and the food was great, especially the tomato bisque soup! Michelle from Physical Therapy pushed mom back to good physical health and Anastasia from Occupational Therapy did likewise to make sure mom's return home would be productive. They adopted Mom as a family member and for that, my Mom and my entire family will be forever grateful! They gave us a gift of good health for my mom and I would recommend anyone, if they have a loved one that needs respite care or a facility with assisted living to seriously consider the Southview facility. Any questions or issues are promptly responded to by Lynn Stromsdorfer, the Executive Operations officer or her staff. Could not be a happier customer! These are people that you can put your complete faith in!

I can not give all five stars as I have never been there. But my mother was moved there from a neglectful nursing home. She now has a much nicer room. Better care, more care and quality care. When she was moved there her legs were swollen and bruised. She was frequently sick. Looked terrible an d was un clean. Was even sent to dinner with blood under her finger nails from scratching. So many things wrong. She used to be able to walk but the other place stopped her pt now she is in a wheel chair. My very good sister like friend Julie got her in to Coventry Meadows. And I am so grateful. Thank you all for making her life better.
