A scary place. Convicted murder lives there who has intentionally intimidated woman after telling that he is a convicted killer and a weapon hung in his apartment. He tried to give her drugs and have sex. After reporting it all to mngmnt, he's tormented, slandered blame on her and called her a liar. Frustrated that hes still there doin this after over a year, She decided to pay the fee and do a search to check herself. Mangmt wasn't gonna do anything but keep saying "if he killed someone they would know" from their background checks and NOT be allowed to live there at all. She searched, she found the truth in the transcripts of his appeal to Supreme Court being rejected upholding a 56 year sentence in 2012.

Lived here for many years and have never had any problems. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and the staff is great! Justine and Beth do an excellent job and go above and beyond to listen to and deal with any resident issues should they arise. Clean, comfortable place to live!

I have lived here since 2015 and have nothing but high praise for the property managers (Justine and Beth) and maintenance (Nathan and Eric). Justine is an excellent property manager who always has time to talk with residents to make sure things are taken care of and Beth, her assistant, is hard working and will go out of her way to listen to any complaints and try to get them remedied as soon as possible. Maintenance is friendly and reliable. The building itself is always clean and well taken care of. There are always plenty of resident activities going on and it really feels like home. Some of the negative reviews I’ve read are completely unwarranted written by residents who go out of their way to try and start problems where none exist. Fortunately those don’t represent any majority of the residents. I’ve made some good friends here and most of my neighbors are friendly and helpful! Many amenities are available including the off-street parking, large community room with a large TV for WII games, laundry, and much more. Apartment maintenance is excellent as is pest control should it ever be needed (staff is quick to address any pest control issues). It’s a great place to call home with comfortable living and friendly neighbors!! 5 stars!

I have lived here for two years and think its a great place to live. Thanks to HUD, I a in an apartment that offers a great community and environment. Its nice to get in the holiday spirit from the seasonal decor, onsite maintenance and other amenities that comes with residency.
