Lombard Place was neat, clean, modern. Our guide, Sydney, was awesome answering questions we didnt know we had. The entire staff, as we walked around, was friendly and polite. Plenty of parking. The residents all love the place...not a bad word was said by them. All said they were so glad they made the move.

I can not say enough about Lombard Place Assisted Living. My mother had been diagnosed with dementia and I went on my own to research facilities not even knowing if this was an option. Just trying to be proactive. Then came the day my mom had a stroke and needed to be in a facility immediately. I had to relocate her from southern Illinois to Lombard within days. Lombard Place worked with me and the doctors to make sure she had a place to go. They moved mountains and I couldn't have been more relieved. The care is top notch along with the facility. During this difficult transition, they supported me 100%. Sometime just a quick hug from a staff member, a squeeze of my hand to tell me they are there, was more comforting than they will ever know. The entire staff from the maintenance man, to the caregivers, to the directors were fantastic. I will always be grateful to this 5 star team!!!!

Very nice building, bright rooms and common spaces that feel warm and welcoming. Staff members were very nice and they knew every resident by name. The memory care floor of the building was very nice and has a fantastic sun room that's a great place to visit with loved ones. While I was there they were making decorations for Saint Patrick's day.

Lombard Place is a beautiful facility and greeted with a friendly hello. The Staff cares and loves the residents as their own. I am a volunteer at Lombard Place doing card making which the residents just love. We look forward to the third Saturday of each month and believe the residents look forward to see us. They are so appreciative of the cards they make but it also is great when family tells us how much they enjoy receiving the cards.

I had the pleasure of touring through Lombard place and was very impressed to see assisted living taken to the next level! The staff was very friendly and inviting. Excellent amenities including a theatre room, salon, and fitness center. My favorite part was the sense of community amongst all the residents. Highly recommended.

My Mom and Dad have been at Lombard place for over a year. They LOVE being there! They moved from Florida and are so engaged with Lombard Place, they barely miss Fort Meyers. The staff are all very kind and responsive to their needs. We could not have picked a better place for them to live and thrive!

My father-in-law has been at Lombard Place for almost two years, and really enjoys it there. The building is newer, with all the amenities and friendly staff. He particularly enjoys being a part of the mens group that gets together regularly. Overall a great place, that takes good care of him!

Beautiful atmosphere, loving staff and caregivers, excellent meals and wonderful activities. Lombard Place is not your typical assisted apartment style living for seniors. My mom was in the memory care unit and was treated with kindness, respect, and lots of hugs. I couldn't rave more about the staff at Lombard Place and, without hesitation, I give it a 5 star rating!

Lombard Place is excellent! We had both our Mimi and Papa there and they were treated with love and respect and the utmost professionalism. It felt like home. A beautiful place managed by Ashley and staff with real heartfelt care and excellence. We checked out other places before Lombard Place and this one is by far the best place around for loved ones for independent living, assisted living or memory care. Cant recommend it highly enough! Thank you so much, Lombard Place staff for going above and beyond and for all the wonderful things you did for our beloved Mimi and Papa.

My 90 year old Aunt is happy and loves living at Brookdale! She is always up and about and tells me about all the activities. The staff is pleasant and professional and keeps me informed. What more do I need to know!

Very nice staff and knew my Mom by name. We needed to move to a full Memory Care facility as Mom grew worse. They tried to interact the memory care unit with assisted living and I am hoping it works and they continue to mold these two areas together.

I entertain for seniors all over the region, so I see the insides of a lot of communities. I chose Lombard Place for my mom because it is very clean and I saw a staff that cared. I'm privy to a lot of info from being inside these places, and sometimes places that look nice don't have many activities or don't spend $$ to get great staff. I also have a cousin who interfaces with many of these companies, and he told me that Spectrum has a good reputation. My mom has been living at Lombard Place for over 6 months, and she's been very happy there, and she came in pretty bad health, and her health has been stable these 6 months. I've found the staff to be very attentive, and they've addressed whatever issues we've had. The activity staff is absolutely lovely. They are fun people, and they have a good budget. The residents are happy with the food, and I've noticed the chef meeting with residents occasionally after meals asking for feedback. There are a few other fantastic places in the area, but I found the floor plan too big for an elderly woman with a walker, and I found that we'd be paying for amenities (like a golf course and swimming pool) that we wouldn't be using. So, that's why I recommend Lombard Place.

I have a hard time putting into words what everybody at Brookdale has done for my Dad. After 3+ years, he remains very happy there and loves his "apartment". He has expressed to me, on many occasions, his desire to stay in his apartment, and not be placed in a home for elderly people! Dad is able to keep his dog with him and all of his needs are attended to. I have visited him at odd hours (very early in the morning, and later in the evening) and I have never observed an employee that was not busy and/or did not have a smile on their face while dealing with residents The food is great and there are plenty of daily activities (and special events) to keep the residents entertained.

My mom and dad have been at Lombard Place since the opening of the facility and I can't say enough positive things about the staff, management and building itself! We are SO happy we found them. They have shown an amazing commitment to care for mom and dad, love them and support us while dealing with my mom's Alzheimer's. They are indeed a 5-star organization. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at Lombard Place!!

This was the nicest place we toured when we were looking for assisted living for my grandma. We walked in to ask for a tour on a Saturday afternoon and there was a musician playing in the dining room- the residents were singing along and the employees were all dancing and laughing. It was such a great thing for my grandma to see them having fun together. The seniors we spoke to that live there all had very positive things to say. It's a clean, beautiful place- definitely our top pick.

been here before it opened working to get our memory care floor ready for ours residents. Its almost 2 years ago and I still love working here. Every day is different. I learn something new every day. Love all my residents and treat them like they were my own family. I wouldnt change a thing.

Legacy House of Bountiful is the absolute best! They care so much about their residents as well as their staff. They are one of the best companies to work for. The residents constantly have different activities to participate in and seem to have the very best time. I would recommend this place to every elderly person I know.

Lombard Place is great! When it was raining on my prom they allowed us to come in and take pictures in their facility when I one else would. It is such a beautiful place and the residents and the staff are all so kind! They really made an overcast day beautiful!

There are so many fun activities for residents that keep them out of their rooms and help them meet new friends. Food choices are always delicious and beautifully prepared. We looked at several places before we moved my Aunt from assisted living in Arizona to memory care at Lombard Place. It took a few weeks for her to adjust just as the staff said it would, but she is very happy and doing extremely well. She enjoys the food and the activities and the staff is great at getting people out of their rooms and engaging in planned as well as casual activities. The staff is warm and wonderful and they have been such a blessing for all of us. Lombard Place goes the extra mile for training for their staff too, so not only is the staff very patient and kind, they are competent. The doctors and physical therapists that go there have also been great so I didn't have to search for new doctors that specialize in elder care and take off work to drive her to appointments. The building is beautiful and there is always a lot going on. We couldn't be happier and it's a blessing to see my Aunt active and happy. Thank you Lombard Place!

Sweetbriar Assisted Living is a wonderful and active community to live in. The staff are very involved in the care of their residents and they have great activities for the residents to be apart of.
