It’s been 2 months since my mom passed away there at Spring Garden. Now that the dust has settled and learning to live life without my mom. I have to give a huge shout out to the memory Care unit there. The staff was truly amazing. They go above and beyond every day to take care of the residents. They treat them with dignity and respect even though their memory has failed them. Making sure each and every ones needs are met with care and love. These staff members should ALL have raises. I can’t even begin to share my gratitude and love for them. A huge, huge huge shout out to Katelynn the nurse who made sure my mom needs for met, and the staff was educated about her type, one diabetes, and Addison disease. Kaylynn went beyond beyond beyond above to carry for my mom. If anyone ever has questions pls feel free to reach out to me. If I ever need someone to care for me. I would should want this team at Spring Gardens!!!

We transferred my beautiful mom here after experiencing unprofessional and disrespectful care from a previous facility. The minute we walked in, we felt the warmth, cleanliness and caring feeling from all that welcomed us. The move in process was easy and the staff made my mom feel important, wanted, cared for and part of their community. The staff would go out of their way to peek into her room to tell her “Good morning. I brought you your coffee and something to eat. Love you. Have a nice day”. That made the start of her day cheery and happy. She loved everyone that she came into contact with. We HIGHLY recommend Harmony Hills for your loved one. You will be happy they’re in such caring hands.

Harmony Hills is wonderful. When searching for a place for our family member we experienced some very disturbing facilities in the Treasure Valley when we just dropped by for an unannounced tour. When we did that at HH one of the head directors, Keri(?), dropped everything she had going on to give my family a full tour of the assisted living side and the memory care side and answered all questions we had. There was no red flags that we saw when we did this unannounced facility tour, unlike the previous 8 we had seen before. No joke, all 8 were not the standard of living these people should have been in. THE RESIDENTS WERE SMILING AND HAPPY HERE! That was sadly something that we had not seen at other places. Now, fast forward 30 days since we have moved our family member in... I am truly at ease & confident in saying that my family member has the best care in the treasure valley. Yes, there was a learning curve. Yes, there were some miscommunications on our end (family members) & on their end (the facility), but none of which were not handled promptly, professionally, and with full communication to us family members. They take pride in their activities calendar the wonderful staff plans for these people & they have such fun activities every single day. Lots of outings and little trips, even to McCall. Cannot praise the staff enough. Amanda, memory care director&RN and Donya, lead memory care nurse, are such blessings to have running the journeys (memory care) side. Always when I go to visit, there are people cleaning the common areas and the residents rooms. I have yet to go into my family members room and think oh wow this needs to be cleaned or even found a mess for that matter. I could go on and on, but the people working at Harmony Hills truly care about their residents and love what they do. You can see it through what kind of facility they run. Please take the time to visit this wonderful assisted living home & memory care home, you will be wonderfully surprised.
