The staff at Affinity are warm and friendly. As an outreach library professional, I spend a lot of time at a variety of facilities providing programming and resources to residents. I can say that working with Affinity has been a real treat. They are amicable and open to making access to information a priority for their residents.

My brother was looking for a place in Coeur d’Alene and from our first contact with Cheryl at Affinity, we knew this would become his new home! We toured the grounds, which includes an indoor pool and whirlpool, a movie theater, a pub, exercise room, craft room, library, billiards, and a great common space with full kitchen for large gatherings or just grabbing a cup of coffee. You can choose to be social and participate in all the activities offered. The apartments are lovely and the residents and staff are like one big family! I must have said at least 10 times that I would be very happy living there! Thank you Stacie and Cheryl for outstanding work in making my brother feel very welcomed!

This location is immaculate and impressive in aesthetics. Between the numerous clean and fun amenities, the bright and inviting aparments, and the extremely friendly staff in the front office, this is a positive environment and you only see smiles and neighborly attitudes when you visit.

This is my 3rd time living at Affinity at Coeur d'Alene and "I love it". The Building and the Grounds are well maintained. There are lots of activities to join in. The Staff and the Maintenance Personnel are awesome.

My husband and I have lived here since August of 2018! Never having experienced 'apartment living' before we weren't quite sure what to expect! We were made to feel so welcome and accepted...but, without the feeling that we 'must' join in and be part of every activity, which I might add are designed to make this a wonderful 'family' setting...if you desire to join in...fine, on the other hand if you don't...then fine. We are delighted that we chose to move into Affinity @ Coeur d’Alene...my husband is more of a ‘home-body’ but, as a ‘people person’, I find the events and activities offered are wonderful ways of meeting others and staying connected. Fair place to live. There are a few grumpy old people. And a few busy bodies. Facitity is quiet. Grounds are well kept. Bravo to the winter keepers.

We are presently living at Affinity in Walla Walla, WA. We did a tour of the Coeur dAlene Affinity and were very pleased with it. Our Affinity was the first built, and doesnt have as big of amenities as the Coeur dAlene one has. The cost is excellent for all that is provided for you. The location could have been in a better place, but it is very handy for shopping. We have a beautiful view from our apartment of the Blue Mountains, and would definently miss that.
