Holiday Palmer Hills – Reviews

I looked at several care places both full and independent. Palmer Hills was the most impressive to me. The facility, the size of the apartments, and perhaps the best thing was the staff. We visited 3 times over the course of a year before moving Dad and mom in. The Staff were consistent exhibiting low turn over and we watched as the talked to other residents. Many of the residents would be sitting down with staff and others chatting and laughing. It was clear that this was more than a job or chore. When you visit, they don't put on their best face just for potential customers. They are genuine. My parents have been here for almost 4 months and you get what you see and it is definitely the best of what we saw
