Vitality living milton is wonderful. All the people who live there are warm and welcoming. The staff is all cheerful ( kind of amazing) . Every single person is happy and cheerful all the time ( such a rarity!) It is very clean and a very pretty place. They have many activities each day ( various exercises, games, and more) they also have special concerts.

When my dad could no longer take care of himself, my brother and I started searching for an Assisted Living facility. We probably went on over 20 tours around the Alpharetta/Johns Creek/Roswell area. It's an incredibly overwhelming process, especially when the move has to happen fast and from out of state. There were a lot of places out there that were nice, but none that were as welcoming as Vitality. They ensured that I, as the daughter dealing with all this, was ok first, and then they helped walk me through each step. Every single person that works here really loves what they do and wants to be there. That is rare to find, especially in elder care! They are all incredibly communicative, proactive, caring, and genuinely good people. The building is open, bright, and spacious! The rooms are big and bright (also hard to find!). The food is excellent, there are lots of options, and they will even assist you with dietary adjustments. There are a lot of activities, and they highly encourage residents to get involved. My dad is already leading 3 or 4 different spiritual study groups. He really loves it here, and I can rest easy knowing he is being well taken care of. I'm so grateful we found this place!

Extremely helpful and caring staff. My mother was a resident for several years and loved the folks at Vitality. She passed away recently and I can’t say enough good things about the support, respect, and care of the Vitality management team and staff. Even assisting with Hospice care and making my Mom happy and comfortable in her “home” at the end of her life’s journey.

We are so very grateful to have discovered Vitality Living Milton! Not only does the staff truly care about its residents with the utmost and personalized care but there is a sense of belonging and family all around. There is a palatable energy, creativity and support by the staff that brings out the very best in the residents. There clearly are those residents who present very complex medical needs, such as in our case. Vitality Living Milton’s knowledgeable and experienced staff not only worked with us daily to ensure a smooth transition but also keep us informed, giving us the peace of mind that we can trust their care. Sincerest thank you to the whole staff and supporting medical team.

Brickmont has been a blessing to our family keeping my grandmother safe through the pandemic. We wish we can visit inside but understand the policies in place have continued to keep everyone safe and virus free. Thank you to the staff for loving Grandma in our absence!!

My parents were residents here from July 2017 until March, 2019. They lived in another facility from December 2015-July 2017. The difference was night and day. The staff that cared for them was both caring and compassionate. My father passed away on 1/31 and the respect that the staff showed as his body was wheeled out by the funeral director will remain in my heart forever. My mother moved to Memory Care following daddy's passing. I could not have asked for more!!!! The staff in MC took such good care of her until she passed on 3/14. The owners are hands on. I could simply not have taken care of my parents without their help. THE STAFF IS AMAZING.
