This is to commend the current Executive Director, Sherry L, for her diligent efforts to improve every aspect of the life of the Residents at the Hiram facility. She is directly involved with the Residents to ascertain their specific needs & wants. She personally handles.the resolution of these items whenever necessary on a 24/7 basis. There are no favorites in this care. Everyone is treated the same considerate way. As a former high tech engineer I appreciate her adoption of the latest technology to monitor & control the safety & security of this facility. This summary is backed up by many detailed examples

Sherry Lyle has gone above and beyond to assist me with my aunt that lives at Manor Lake. Sherry has been kind, helpful, and compassionate to the needs of my aunt. I am thankful that Manor Lake has such a great employee to help people in need.

My mother has been a resident at Manor Lake Hiram Memory Care since March 2021. I’m thrilled to share that the current leadership team is fabulous! Sherry Lyle, Executive Director is so very caring and engaging to residents and family members. Sherry has built an incredible team that share her mission to elevate the well-being of each resident through engaging activities, enhanced amenities and a joyful vibe that now resonates within the community since she began at Manor in June 2022. Sherry added Tina Nixon, a new Memory Care Director in September 2022. Tina is very hands-on and she firmly believes in the quality of life and making every day memorable with loads of activities, parties and events for the MC residents. Tina is cut from the same mold as Sherry, and they happen to have worked together for over 30 years. Last week, I boarded the Manor Lake bus, along with 14 other residents from Assisted Living & Memory Care to embark on a journey to a local restaurant. This is just one of many field trips Memory Care residents have enjoyed since Tina arrived just last month. The smiles, laughter and excitement from the entire group was so memorable. Mom is confined to a wheelchair and travel can be challenging, but the entire team, including Heidi, Activity Director and her assistant Susan, made all the residents safe, secure and comfortable. I can’t wait for the next field trip! I couldn’t end this review without also sharing that Pam Bowman, Director of Resident Care is also a fabulous member of the new management team. Pam is also available 24/7, highly experienced and committed to the well-being of all residents. In my opinion, Manor Lake Hiram has never run so well. I’m so grateful to have a cohesive and supportive team behind mom’s overall happiness! Thank you, Manor Lake Hiram!

Manor Lake Hiram is a beautiful community and has an excellent team to care for loved ones. The Executive Director Sherry is very involved daily with the residents and is attentive to their needs and requests and open to suggestions for change. The Wellness Director Pam is excellent at overseeing the health and well-being of the residents and families needs when their loved ones have health concerns. The staff are very caring and you can tell that this community has a “comfortable and home like” feel for the residents. I would highly recommend others to visit and see what makes this community special.

We recently moved my mother and my uncle into Manor Lake Hiram, from my first visit and tour with Sherry through the process of bringing my family in I could not have been more pleased. The staff is very open, friendly, accommodating and work hard to meet the needs of the clients. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. My mother and uncle are both content and well cared for at Manor Lake, Sherry, Tammy, Pam, Darlene, Meghan and the entire staff go above and beyond to insure the residents are happy and comfortable…Manor Lake Hiram is a true gem for seniors who no longer are able to live by their self…

As a resident of Manor Lakes Hiram assisted living facility, I want to complement the relatively new top management-new here but having decades of successful award winning experience at similar facilities-in the many changes in operations and staff which make this a more enjoyable place to live. From new staff to policy changes to interacting with the residents we have experienced improvements in everything that has been accomplished.Every team needs a strong, knowledgeable leader and that’s what is in place now

We are so pleased with the care provided to our loved ones, who were previously out of state, at this facility. The staff are really caring and the administration is really involved in their concern for our loved ones. The facility is beautiful inside and out. The residents rooms are attractive and spacious. Not sterile looking at all. The meals are delicious and there are many activities for residents to choose from.

Manor Lake's staff is incompetent, uncaring and unprofessional -- starting with the Director, and all other staff below him. Housekeeping is lacking, rooms smell of urine. My dad received horrible care there. Moving him in was our biggest mistake.

Everytime we visit my mother at Manor Lake Memory Care they are very welcoming and friendly.We always have a good visit. Manor Lake in Hiram Georgia is a great place. Im very thankful my mother is there. She says she is well taken care of and the staff is the best.

My mom has been a resident of Manor Lake for exactly 1 year. Her experience, as well as our family (& her being there) has been PHENOMENAL!!!! Mom has made such wonderful friends & the staff has been attentive, caring, & welcoming during her time. If she had to be anywhere during a pandemic, ML has been the perfect place! Choosing Manor Lake to be her forever home was the best decision that could have been made.

My Husband has been living there since March 12, 2020. We didnt even get him set up in his room good before we werent allowed in. The people at Manor Lake helped him get his new bed, riser chair and exercise equipment set up. They have helped him in so many ways. I got to eat with him a couple of times before COVID, and the food was wonderful. I am in awe of the employees, who always showed up, worked long hours, not really knowing how endangered they might be. Despite the news saying how many sickness and even deaths there were at other facilities, there were none at Manor Lake. I am very thankful to the always kind and dedicated employees at Manor Lake.

Manor Lake of Hiram far exceeded my expectations for a place for my mom. Mom is happier than I have seen her in years. ALL the staff is helpful, friendly and make mom feel at home. The management staff has assured that the residents remain in a safe environment amid this COVID pandemic. I could not have asked for a better place. I thank God everyday for showing us Manor Lake. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

This place is wonderful!! Its beautiful and such caring people that word and live at this residence. GA COVID restrictions made it difficult to get to visit for a few months and still to get her out for anything but a dr appt which was hard for my Grandmother to understand but they tried to accommodate as best as possible. They are always smiling and knew me by name. I would definitely recommend!!
