The staff have been incredibly helpful in answering my questions and giving me updates on my mother. I live out of state so these updates and personal interactions they share are very comforting to me. I researched many places and other facilities had much praise for Arden Courts so I was confident in placing my mother here. The Memory Care Advisor, Janalle Beiter, has been especially helpful, kind, and reassuring during this difficult transition for my mother and I. I love the size and homey feel of the place as well. Mom is not lost in the shuffle. All in all, I highly recommend Arden Courts. 🙂

We want to offer a few words of reflection and thanks for the excellent care provided to our uncle. After much research, we entrusted Uncle Bill’s care to the staff at Arden Courts several years ago. We have absolutely no regrets. As his needs increased, the personal care given by staff was attentive, compassionate, and always given with kindness. Bill was treated with dignity and respect. Our family is so grateful to the staff for caring for him faithfully for all these years. We can not speak highly enough of Arden Courts— will always be appreciative and grateful. We would like to express our sincerest thanks to each staff member - We saw your hard work and your dedication in caring for people with dementia. At all times, staff was respectful, dependable and responsive to Uncle Bill’s needs, as well as every other resident. Arden Courts was a place that Bill called his home. Arden Courts values dignity, respect, and compassion for all its elder residents. We highly recommend Arden Courts!

The first time I walked into Arden Court my thoughts were if I only knew about this treasure when my grandmother needed the care. I have since sent many of my friends to Arden and the experience has been amazing. Dementia is hard enough on your family and love ones so Arden helps relieve the burden of where is the best quality of everyday life with outstanding activities and care that can be provided..

Ever since my mother moved into Arden Courts, West Palm Beach, I have found the administration and the entire professional staff to be efficient, caring, and available. Their daily programming for residents provides diverse stimulation which I found to be impressive. In addition, their dedication to staying in communication with family members is admirable.I have great confidence in the staff, and feel secure that my mother is in good hands, and in the right location. Our Uncles dementia progressed to the point he needed full time memory care. We personally visited a number of facilities in Palm Beach County, and spoke to friends with family members in those facilities. We chose Arden Courts for several reasons. First, memory care is all they do, so it is not just a special area within a larger facility. They are a smaller facility, with only 12 patient per wing, with 4 wings. Their staff stay assigned to a given wing, so they get to know your loved one, and can become a familiar face. Each wing has a small kitchen and dining room which has a very homey feel. There are plenty of activities offered for stimulation. We have found the staff to be very caring and professional. We receive a call from the medical staff any time there is the slightest incident, such as a bruise or a skin tear. Staff also works very effectively with Trustbridge (Hospice). Based on our experience, we can recommend Arden Courts without hesitation.

I searched many facilities in the area before choosing Arden Courts. I feel they are the best one for Dementia Care. The staff is proactive in taking care of the residents. They have a great variety of activities for the residents. Very professional from the administrative staff , front desk , nursing , daily PCAs and activity instructors. I have great confidence in them to treat my Mom with dignity and respect.

Arden Courts is the perfect place for your loved one suffering from a memory loss illness.I researched many places for my wife who has Alzheimers Disease and Arden Courts was clearly the most suitable. The staff is very caring and very competent.The facility was built specifically for memory loss patients; is entirely located on ground level, has beautiful safe grounds to sit and walk and is very homelike inside the facility.I couldnt be more pleased with the care my wife receives there and the support I have gotten from the Executive Director and all the support staff.

My father lived out of state and needed dementia care placement. I worked with the marketing director at Arden Courts W. Palm Beach to move my father to Florida. She was instrumental is getting the paperwork completed with a facility in Georgia that was in no hurry to release him.The entire West Palm Beach staff made him feel at home immediately. In his mind he was not ready to retire. Nicole in activities gave him a badge and put him to work. He found a purpose in helping others at the facility.I would recommend Arden Courts to anyone without hesitation. They have been around for 25 years because they focus on providing the best care and a meaning life for each resident in their care.
