My husband is now in Memory Care and has a nice studio apartment. There are only 20 people on the second floor, which is secure, and he loves it. Everyone in the building is kind, respectful, and seem to truly care. My husband is very happy there, and it is wonderful to go from caregiver to wife again. A win-win for both of us. When he is happy, so am I. Thank you to Heron Club. You saved our lives.

I would rate this facility ten stars if I could simply based on Anna, the executive director and Meredith, the director of resident services. Two people who have treated my father with the utmost care and consideration. Going above and beyond, checking on my father and picking him up after hours when he had to go to the hospital and immediately responsive to messages. Simply extraordinary care!

I have a sister at this facility. Im so glad we found Heron at Prestancia. The nursing staff is caring the activity director is outstanding and the maintenance team has been incredibly helpful addressing all concerns . It is a smaller facility allowing more personalized care. Im grateful for their help.

My friend and I went to the Heron Club At Prestancia to visit and have a tour. Wewere seeking a place that felt like home.When we arrived we were warmly greeted and then further welcomed by the Director of Sales, Tammy Jo Clarke. She graciously allowed time for all of us to get acquainteds we began our tour we first viewed the Wall of Honor which displays pictures of the military veterans that reside at The Heron Club At Prestancia. It was gratifying to see such dignified recognition given toour retired military veterans.ammy pointed out the outside covered circular walkway and then we came into the very large, very open and bright dining room where three full meals are inclusive in their amenities. The activity room and activity gathering areas were equally light and bright.Continuing on we looked at the residence area and in particular, the studio models. After visiting various models of studios we entered a studio with an adjoined screened balcony. There in the afternoon came lovely natural light and a delightful breeze. This studio did indeed have a very good feel about itWe concluded our visit with time sitting together, reviewing what we saw, asking further questions and arriving at a decision. Herolub At Prestancia definitely had the feeling of home.

From the moment we met Tammy Jo and sat down with her to discuss the possibility of moving my 90 year old dad with Alzheimers to the Heron Club to spend his final days, we wereconfident that this was the place for us. The decision to move him was extremely difficult and the staff at the Heron Club, including Anna, sat with us to explain the entire process at length which helped to ease our fears. We were given a tour of the entire facility, which was spotless (and we showed up unannounced on our first visit). On the day we moved him in, the crew of Leo, Brad and Chris went out of their way to put the room together exactly as we wanted. We also met Meredith, the head nurse who went out of her way to make my dad feel comfortable. The welcome he received on move in day was wonderful. The decision to move my dad into a facility was one of the hardest Ive ever made and Im confident that he will receive the care he needs and deserves at the Heron Club.

Heron Club at Prestancia is a beautiful, prestige community in South Sarasota. The location is perfect for families-residents - especially ones that like to be active the local area shopping-parks-etc. The staff is so professional and caring - caregivers show extra attention to detail with the care they provide to residents. The lake view from the dining room is gorgeous! I highly recommend this community for those seeking a senior living community in this area.

A few weeks ago we had to locate a place for my father to move into on relatively short notice. We used the help of a local adult care finding service to narrow down the options. We then toured three facilities. After those visits it was clear that Heron Club was the right fit. Most importantly, my dad thought so too. it is a lot to ask for someone to give up their home late in life and move into a smaller place with strangers and turn over much of your daily life to them. The team at Heron Club is highly aware of theses circumstances and did everything they could to make my father feel empowered about this decision and moving into his new home. I would recommend this place for anyone.

I visited my great aunt in the Heron Club this past week and I wanted to let staff know how I felt. They were great and really seemed to care about residnets. My aunt had a stomach issue and the head director was a big help with making sure my aunt had the right type of food she could eat. That really means alot. Thank you all for what you do.

Our mother recently moved into Heron Club. Doug, Chetta, and Cheryl are extremely helpful and compassionate. And, they always respond back to any questions we have in a very timely manner. The entire staff, in fact, are compassionate, friendly, and happy. The food in the dining room is delicious! All of the residents seem happy as well when we pass by them in the halls. Our mom is very happy living there, and my sister, brother and I are very, very glad we chose Heron Club for our mother to live! Thank you to all of the staff at Heron Club for all of your help
