I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience with Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale. We needed assistance with my mother in law and in less than 24 hours they were able to get everything in order and begin services with her. They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and were always in touch giving us updates and adjusting schedules, etc upon our request. I dealt with Janelle there and she treated us like family from the start. I highly recommend using them and their home care assistants that are wonderful and caring.

Manpreet is very professional and a problem solver! We had a relative who was extremely resistant to receiving help and Home Care Assistance worked patiently with our difficult situation. We had an aid that was a gem! She was so kind with him in a trying situation. I highly recommend this agency and am grateful for the excellence they display. They also handled all the paperwork of submitting our claim to his long term care insurance company. Everything was done to relieve my burden. Thanks again!

Manpreet and all the people that work for the company were wonderful, professional, polite, upfront and kind helping me find assistance for my Mom. Their communication was always prompt. Their staff were excellent, very caring and professional. Dorothy was my Moms aide. She was always on time and Mom really appreciated everything she did for her while she was healing. Dorothy - Estriana respected her ways of doing things, her space and independence, always paying attention to the details Mom needed and familys requests. She went above and beyond helping Mom get exercise and making sure her appointments were written on the calendar.She made sure Mom had her favorite foods and other daily desires and necessities.I also must mention as accents, communication and hearing can be challenging for elderly, that Dorothy spoke very clearly and my Mom had no issues understanding her, which I was grateful for. I would definitely recommend and use this agency again with out a second thought!

Chris Cascio of Home Care Assistance of Fort Lauderdale is very passionate about making sure your loved ones are in the most attentive and compassionate care possible. He goes the extra mile to make sure the care givers are a good fit for your family. The company does a complete security background check on all care givers they employ and the care givers are trained in good nutrition and ways to improve cognitive function for those they care for. I feel very fortunate to have Chris as my go to person for home care assistance. Owner did in-person needs assessment and then hand picks Aide that was best match for my 93 yr old, blind, incontinent and wheelchair confined mom. Always kept me up to date regarding how mom was doing and was responsive to any special requests. Since I live 1000+ miles away, knew that I could rest easy and know that mom was well taken care of. We have been clients of Home Care Assistance of Fort Lauderdale for over a year. I met with the owner, Manpreet Dhalla, over two years ago to help plan for moving my parents to Florida. He was invaluable in letting me know what to expect with caregiving in Florida. He had two caregivers available the day of the move, and one of them is still with us after a year. After the second one moved on to another job, he found a good replacement in a timely manner. We have not experienced the drama (caregivers not showing up, rapid turnover, etc.) that we endured in our prior state. The caregivers have been kind and attentive to my mother, who uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with most of her daily activities. Manpreet has been very helpful with making changes to our caregiver schedule when we need them. Home Care Assistance was very proactive in looking after the safety of the clients and caregivers during the current pandemic. We have been very pleased and will continue to use this agency in the future.

Quality company that educates and supports their caregivers as well as keep in touch and flexible with those they serve. After trying 2 or 3 companies down here in South FL I was about to either lower my standards or give up entirely and do all the caregiving for my mom, myself.But Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale really was different from the 1st meeting all the way through to almost 3 years later. I highly recommend them.

After trying 3 other agencies i had about given up and thought i would just need to provide care for my mom on my own. About a year and a half ago i came across Home Care Assistance website for some very useful and needed tools and saw they also offered services. So we set up an interview with Manpreet and saw how thorough he was in getting the important information from us as to my moms needs as well as being very forthcoming and able to answer all our questions. Since hiring them weve found the real difference here is they are committed to finding the right fit for both caregivers and clients. Their prices are reasonable and the office staff is excellent. Im very picky when it comes to leaving my mom in someone elses care so finding Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale was an absolute blessing.

I cant say enough words to express how awesome it is to work for Manpreet and Janelle . I have been working in Home Care for 20 years. I have worked for various agencies and his one in particular is unbelievably awesome. I am so impressed with how professiona, and supportive they are towards their clients, staff and those they come in contact with. They genuinely care for the well being of their clients. They are experienced and very thorough with how our background checks are done. ( No Im not being paid for this review) Its refreshing to be part of a company that is far above the rest. It helps me take pride in making sure my clients are receiving the A+ care they deserve and nothing else. You will not find a better agency if you are looking to get home care for your loved one. His passion for helping those who need assistance make him an extremely genuine person. The owner goes that extra mile to make sure your needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
