Visited a friend that is in the memory ward and surprised how active the staff interact with the residents there. Place is very clean and well organized, staff really friendly. Under new management (Baymeadws???? Something) and are adding on with property next to them.

A great place for Mom! We were looking for the 4 Cs: clean, comfortable, competent and cost-effective. GVPP passed with flying colors. The staff is great - very helpful and very informative. Transition from Rehab to their Memory Care neighborhood was a breeze. We can feel at ease knowing that Mom will be in good hands with the fantastic team at GVPP.

Grand Villa Pinellas Park is always so beautiful and clean. From the landscaping outside to the little cafe inside, everything is welcoming and well taken care of. The staff is available to talk to their residents and have a real connection with them.

My dad arrived at Grand Villa Of Pinellas Park back in February 2017. He has received kind, compassionate care since the moment he arrived. Throughout the entire Covid pandemic they have kept us well-informed and They have done everything in their power to make sure my dad is comfortable and safe. They have outstanding protocols in place which made me feel confident knowing he was well taken care of. He absolutely loves the staff. I was able to see my dad just this past week as I live out of state, I was thrilled to see how wonderful, happy and healthy he is. Hes never looked better in the past 4 years. He seems to enjoy the Grand Villa lifestyle, which makes me feel at peace. I would highly recommend your love ones be taken care of by Roberta at her amazing team!

My mother moved here 2 years ago....2 years of compassion, activity filled days, wonderful meals and the best loving staff Ive ever experienced, not living with her anymore and I dont have a worry in the world because of the amazing staff!! I will recommend this community to anyone, they are the best! Through this whole pandemic situation, they obeyed by the state guidelines and provided the best care for all, I must say it was hard for the residents but in the end they are all healthy and thankful!

Looks like home, feels like family is their motto and they definitely live it. My uncle lived there and was totally pleased with the management, staff and residents. He rented a studio but received the embrace of the Grand Villa of Pinellas Park Family. Totally awesome place for family members to retain and enjoy their independent with preserved dignity. I recommend Grand Villa of Pinellas Park to all of my family members and friends.

Roberta and her team are truly my HEROES!! My Mom has been a resident there since January 2020. Memory Care is a place like home. We actually say her home. Mom is in rehab right now and we are all praying she will be home in the next week. Throughout Covid-19 we were not allowed to see our loved ones, but Grand Villa made sure we were able to face time with Mom. Any time we would call to request a time they responded quickly. Roberta and her team did such a great job with "safety" that they were one of the facilities with the least covid cases. No one has treated Mom better than Grand Villa. She's been in and out of hospitals and rehabs this year and I can't wait for her to get back home. We consider Roberta and her team part of our family. We love you Grand Villa! My 91 year old mother is celebrating her one year anniversary at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park. This facility is amazing, it is bright and cheerful and the staff kind and helpful. The holiday decorations were dazzling and the fun never stops. A special thank you to Roberta, Ashley, Esther and Max .... you all enhance my mothers life.

My Friend had me come and visit her Mom Shirley Bushnell. She moved in on Friday. I came Monday. She was so happy to show me her new room and all around. The dining room is so Beautiful. And the activities that go on are amazing. And lets not forget about pet therapy with the two dwarf bunnies. I love this place So glad her Daughter moved her from Seminole. Home is where the heart is. My uncle chose this place to live on his own. He is a St.Pete resident for 50 years. I live in NYC. I was lucky to be in town to help him move in. Despite the anxiety we had a great experience and I was very pleased for him after setting him up. Its been a while since I chose to write a review. My uncle is extremely happy. Mostly every time I call he is having a meal or conversing with a friend. I have been back a few times already. His overall well being has improved dramatically. This is a testament to his surroundings. He speaks well of the staff and other tenants. Happy for him and his choice. Home is where the heart is...

I have been a resident at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park for over 5 years. The staff are wonderful and take care of all my needs. My favorite meal is breakfast and I love having my eggs, bacon and bagel every morning. The community is so beautifully decorated for the holidays, it makes it feel like home. There are so many activities that take place and Max is wonderful , We have a café here in the lobby and I love the fact that I can get coffee, cold water and snacks all day long. When my friends come we sit and have coffee and a pastry. The Executive Director is wonderful and I love everything she does. She helps me out whenever I need something, I cannot say enough good things about her. Raquel, makes sure that all of my care is taken care of as well. I am extremely happy in my home. It truly looks like home and this is my family !!

I visited Grand Villa an totally fell in love with the place. Its filled with love from the staff an facility. When you walk in its a beautiful atmosphere the front desk is amazing everyone that works here. I was looking to find a place for my mom which she was in another place which I wouldnt mention but they had called me an I couldnt make the monthly amount. I was so upset. Then with in 10 mins maybe not even got another call back an Roberta an Luann put their heads together an made it happen. I was so overwhelmed an happy I was crying they both are so amazing an Im so blessed to have my mom moved in to Grand Villa an it has been a blessing to my mom an I cant even tell you enough but if your looking for a home for your mom or dad or even a family member this is the place to call home. The atmosphere is so amazing its home away from home with all my gratitude an appreciation I can never thank those ladies enough. With thankfulness in my ❤.

I've been to Grand Villa of Pinellas Park many, many times to visit a resident. They have the most caring, professional, gracious staff you could ever hope to find. I've worked with Roberta, the Executive Director, and she goes way above and beyond to take care of her residents. She is wonderful. To my mind, their slogan, that it feels like home and family is accurate. The rooms are lovely, the coffee and cookies are warm, the staff is kind, the atmosphere always welcoming. Thank you Grand Villa!

I recently moved my mother to Long-Term Nursing due to her condition after 2 1/2 wonderful years at Grand Villa. Personally I became my mom's caretaker at a young age at 26 years old where she was only 65 when diagnosed. Finding a secure and comfortable facility was my main priority while being financially cautious as well. Grand Villa provided us that option and more. The staff is fantastic and they care for your loved one and they communicate with the family. For the people who visit frequently they get to know you by name and invite you to be part of the community. They are pet friendly which is reassuring for the transition of anyone entering the facility, they help with transportation and have a great salon. With all that said the Director Roberta is a class act, she helped me through the transition from Independent Living to Assisted Living to Memory Care. Even when we needed to find a more suitable option for mom as she declined Roberta was there the whole way guiding us to Skilled Nursing and LTC providers. She still keeps in touch with me to this day and for some folks that means the world. I would recommend this to any person or family going through this process. They can make it that much easier!

I cannot tell you what a beautiful home Grand Villa has been for my mother for the past three years. The employees here have made her life better than its ever been in her whole life. She has a wonderful family but Grand Villa is an extension of that. She is treated with such love and compassionate. The facility is clean and the staff is responsive. It is refreshing every time I walk into the building everyone seems to be happy and has a smile on their face. That is so important to me. MY sister has lived at the Evergreen Inn for several year. The staff treat her like family and are very supportive of her needs especially in times of crisis. Since she's needed more care, the Evergreen Inn has been the best place for her to live. As family, I like how we're included in planned events, have good communication with staff and know that she receives good care.

I have been working here for five years .i love working with my employees and the supervisors are very accommodating and very helpful .we have the best staff ever this is the first time I have ever worked with the elderly but I love it so much .we have lost so many good employees and lost a lot of wonderful residents but we get through it together.The Executive director is very caring about her employees and residents that she have .i have the best boss that any one can have.i would so Recommend everyone to bring their love ones to grand villa of Pinellas Park
