The owners are trying to sell The Rose Garden in Orlando, and the turnover of staff is high with little training. Karina the Marketing person will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease. They will move you in and then say “they can’t meet your needs” if you speak up and ask for copies of your bill or medical records and then send an eviction notice. I truly hope they will improve the working and living conditions, so they can attract a buyer who will improve things because there are so many seniors living there, who deserve so much better.

I live at the view "The Rose Garden of Orlando" independent living is a nice place to live and very comfortable community the staff here is great and the food is tremendous!

The Rose Garden offers independence for individuals that need additional help with basic living skills. The physical property is welcoming. The front desk is helpful. Precious , in particular is always friendly and accommodating! As with most places the staff makes the difference. This place is no different. Some of the staff has been here a long time and unfortunately lack compassion. There are also several med techs that go over and above and treat your loved ones like their own family. My mom has had challenges during her time here. Two of her med techs deserve a shout out for going over and above on many occasions. I would like to personally thank Neesa and Anita. Their dedication is heart warming and I know my mom will get the care she deserves when it is their shift.The food is disappointing. They used to have more choices but they no longer offer that. Obviously the Covid virus is a factor in some of these challenges so I hope things can get back to a higher quality with more choices in the near future. Middle management staff is available for questions.The executives could be better at returning calls in a timely manner. Overall The Rose Ga den offers a friendly clean environment.

My dad loves living here! The staff are kind and you can tell they really care about the residents and their needs. Judith, Tatiana, Precious, and Sarah are always helpful and professional. They take the time to listen to me when my dad needs help, and I really appreciate all they do. There are weekly activities, get-togethers, and outings. I don't have to worry knowing my dad is getting excellent care and a lifestyle he enjoys. So nice to see him happy!

I am writing this to say THANK YOU !! to Yahaira Rodriguez for been so attentive to my sister Carmen Malave since the first day she enter the memory care facility. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns for our family. She is a great access to your facility, I wish there were more like her in there. Thanks!!

Living here for over a year, this place has gone downhill. They have made it look nicer for the walkthroughs, but issues like the elevator go unfixed. They are raising the rent of residents that is making some of them have to move out. I also noticed that all but 2 of the reviews were given by the staff, not a resident. They have cut back on staff and are always running out of food. I am moving because, after a year of having my own room, they want me to move to a shared room and get rid of most of my things. Their shared room is basically a studio apartment with 2 beds, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, a refrigerator, a sink with cabinets, and a bathroom, and for that, they want $2000 or more a month (depending on your income).

Its scary when you have to decide to put your mom in assisted living. I have to tell you this place is wonderful and my mom is thriving here. The staff is the most caring group of people from Administration, housekeeping, staff who work on the different floors checking on residents, maintenance, receptionist, and food services. My mom loves the food, loves the attention she receives, and loves loves the food!! I cant explain how much this has changed her life and given me peace knowing she lives here and that she has caring people to help her!
