I am a former resident from a few years back. My husband and I lived there and enjoyed every moment. I moved back down from Washington state after my husband passed. I would love to move back to the Villa's, Once I am discharged by my Doctor.

The apt. we were in, visiting, had a very small patio out back. A call to maintenance was handled in a timely manner. Twice while we were there. Nice size rooms. All appliances furnished except the washer and dryer. At least in this case. Very quiet neighborhood. Many senior citizens and retirees.

I live here right now in the reserve side. I havent lived in Florida long and am not staying. It has nothing to do with the place I live in, the weather is hard on me. I say this because it explains how I feel. The reserve is up-scale from many sites I have visited in the area. The pool is heated, there is a dog park the homes are all new and well made. They held up well from the hurricane that came by last year. They have sprinklers in each room. You cant hear most traffic. The humidity is an issue inside and I either have to run the a-c or a dehumidifier to keep it down. The bathrooms are tiled. The staff members are nice people and are willing to help. All of the things that they advertise are real. The gates are open between 800 1600 hrs. The only thing strange is the wall texture, if you hang a picture I dont know how you would fill any holes.

What a beautiful and convenient place to live. We love the workout room, pool and am so happy with the new kitchen cabinets and stainless appliances. We will be recommending our friends and family.

We give you five stars. Were very happy here. Great service and care. We really appreciate the attention to detail and care of the property grounds. Our last place was not half as nice as this one and we are glad we chose the Villas at Hunters Ridge!

I have just renewed my lease for the 4th year here. I love everything about Hunters Ridge. The villas are very large, quiet, well kept, and the neighbors are all really nice. I have my own parking space right outside. The grounds are beautiful. The clubhouse is beautiful. The office and the maintenance men care about you and take care of anything right away. I have made friends here. There is no better place to live. I will be here for a long time to come. If you are looking for a real home, this is the place for you. Five stars isnt enough.
