After looking at several different memory care facilities, I decided on Ambiance of Maitland for my mother. Transitioning mom from her home of 42 years into a long term facility has truly been the most difficult decision of my life. Everyone (management, staff and maintenance, etc. have shown care, comfort and kindness to me and my mother. Brooke Haygood has been a huge help in this transition. Her professionalism and knowledge of memory care has been outstanding. I know now I definitely made a good choice in choosing Ambiance.

Very pleased with Ambiance at Maitland (Formerly Savannah Grand). I recently admitted mom there last week (Dec 1st, 2022) and spent four days getting everything set up before flying back to Colorado. Having come from another Assisted Living Facility (ALF), I can tell you this ALF is far better. I want to give Ms. Karen D. (Executive Director) a BIG thank you for everything she did for my mother leading up to Mom's arrival. Her help in ensuring everything for my mother was perfect goes beyond anything I expected or experienced at our last ALF. What a professional, friendly, and caring organization! From the front desk secretary to the executive director, wellness director, business manager, chefs, nurses, and dining staff, everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I also want to comment on the food both April and Tiffany are preparing for the residents. I was able to eat with mom on two occasions before leaving, and found the food to be delicious and much more nutritious than where my mother was before. I saw everything from fish, beef stroganoff, spinach, vegetable soup, fresh fruit, sweet potato fries, multiple drink options, desert, etc. Mom loves her vegetables, and that vegetable soup was incredible! Ambiance offers weekly outings to Walmart and restaurants and rides to medical providers, which is a big deal for me since I don't live locally, but now know I can make an appointment for mom, and they'll get her there at no cost to me! I'm also excited for mom because Ambiance is currently going through a renovation, which, when complete, will offer living conditions comparable to the best ALFs in the state. Also, for the past 24 hours, I've been getting calls from different healthcare providers who are all meeting with mom and getting her set up in the system for everything from doctor visits to physical therapy. I couldn't be happier than I am with Ambiance at Maitland and owe it all to the Executive Director (Karen D.) for her leadership and attention to detail. She has made me very happy for my mother! I highly recommend you visit Ambiance at Maitland to see if they are a good fit for your loved one. They were for mine, and I highly recommend them.

no activities director. overworked staff couldn't respond to the request of residents for spiritual service. Staff were not interested in answering questions I had and got agitated easily.

So glad we picked Savannah Grand! The new management team is outstanding! My mom is in the assisted living and my dad is in the memory care. It is so nice that she can go be with him any time but isn't having to do all the care for him. She tells me every day about how much they are both involved in. I love seeing pictures of them on their Facebook page! It is so reassuring to my whole family to know that they are both doing so well there. Thank you for all you do every day!

My dad is 89 and has been at Indigo Palms almost 3 years. It was so hard accepting he needed the help but the staff made it easier. They have fired a lot of people but the main nurses are still there and we love them. They look after my dad and he is very happy there. He is not the easiest to work with and I appreciate them being so patient with him. I would recommend Indigo to anyone.

I went to look at the property and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tour was really great and Tammy was very informative in what steps I should be taking in this process. Once my auntie is settled in I will post some pictures. Highly recommend it!

Our 93-year old Mom spent over a year at Indigo Palms and it is with great sadness that we are having to move her due to no fault of Indigo Palms...she now needs the more advanced care of a Nursing Home. Mom and our family loved the people at Indigo Palms...it become her home. We hope she will be able to return to Indigo Palms in a few months if her strength improves as she was happy there and we felt it was the best place for her. We realize her age and health is not what is was but we appreciated the loving care and attention she was given there...and hope we can get her back soon. Thank you to all the team at Indigo Palms who work so hard to take care of the residents there. It is deeply appreciated, from Carolyn & John
