Very nice staff judy, she's very pleasant and hardworking, she works at night shift, when I saw my grandpa , judy was giving my grandpa a bath at 6 AM and they were singing made me smiled..Thank You Judy Your Awesome Worker. You have a good heart to connect to the residents. Keep it up!

We have been looking for an ALF for my brother in law and checked several in our surrounding area. We have to say Rosecastle is the nicest, cleanest location of them all. The staff, Particularly Melissa Keesling was very friendly and informative. She helped us with a lot of the ins and outs of a difficult task. We will definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for place for a loved one.

Rosecastle of citrus is a wonderful facility! I worked for Rosecastle for 7 1-2 years, it was a hard decision to leave. The residents are well taken care of, the facility is very clean. During all holidays the building is decorated, Christmas time was always my favorite time, it was a lot of work but the residents always enjoyed it, we always wanted it to feel like home for them. I stopped by a few times since I left, and the residents faces light up when they saw me. Rosecastle will always be my home away from home.

This is a wonderful facility in Citrus County, caring for their residents as if they are family. The staff is friendly, helpful and so competent caring for your family members! I would recommend Rosecastle to anyone needing a home away from home for your seniors!

Its a nice and pleasant place to be at .. residents and staff are very caring almost like family!! The residents look forward to seeing the staff and hanging out with other residents whether its chatting over breakfast ,watching movies , playing cards ! Kudos to Rosecastle of citrus!!

My grandfather wasnt at Rosecastle for long but the care he received in his last days there was outstanding and such a comfort for us, as we lived so far away from him in New Zealand. The most touching moment for me was when one of the nurses went out of her way to Skype us in NZ. I had Skyped my grandfather almost every day for the last 5 years and in those last days when he couldnt even do that it meant the world to me to be able to see him one final time and to tell him again how much I loved him. Having that sort of contact with a loved one when you cant be close is so important for family and that moment will remain treasured in my heart forever. Thank-you again to all the staff at Rose Castle, your loving care is such a great comfort.

Where are these 5 star ratings coming from?! I have just spoken to my brother and he informed me that our father is not being helped with a bath or shower. I suppose that hardship is nothing in comparison to his not being fed! This is unacceptable. The Department of Aging, etc. needs to look into this matter.

My father has been a resident now since Aug. 1st.. The activities director is on leave indefinitely which leaves the residents with mostly canceled activities with to do. His care seems average with no major issues. I called the executive director on Friday Sept 6th. 2019. She was not in.Ii left a detailed message on her voicemail for a callback to discuss a few issues. She never called back as of Sept 19th. I will update my review if that should change. Oct 5, 2019, father having problems with getting staff assistance when showering. He asked for assistance with getting a shower today (it's been over a week since his last bath) and was told there wasn't enough staff to help and to bath in the sink. He called me and I helped him with the shower. He complained about the shower base being so slippery. It was and is unusable and unsafe in its present condition. I complained nicely to staff and gave them a note showing my concern. The staff person said that I should go to walmart and buy something to fix it myself! I asked her to pass the note onto the executive director for some sort of action. Will update if that ever happens.

Rose castle of Citrus is a great assisted living facility for my father. The staff is friendly, down to earth and attentive. The facility is located in a very lovely quiet neighborhood with pretty grass pastures and trees. They keep the place very clean and maintained great.

Both my dad and my Mother-in-law have had the opportunity to stay at Rosecastle. We find the Assisted living facility to have a family feel with a super caring staff. They are not perfect but I find they care more and work hard to take care of people staying there I would highly recommend Rosecastle. They prices are reasonable and overall it is a great place to live.

The staff really makes all its residents feel right at home and the Activities Directors and assistants always have fun events taking place and exciting outings to local parks and museums for residents to participate in daily. I was excited to see they have a great memory care that is dedicated to assisting those residents with varying stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. I can see why they call the community a place where one can live happily ever after!

Rosecastle of Citrus is homey and warm, with a caring and attentive staff. Lots of activities, outings, delicious meals, and entertainment for residents to enjoy and participate in. The property, surrounded by greenery, is peaceful and well-maintained. Residents and their families are treated with utmost respect. An impressive facility all around.
