I highly recommend Grand Villa of Largo. The staff is amazing and it definitely looks like home, feels like family. My mother loved it here and received excellent care. Tom the director was so nice and genuinely cares about the residents and their family. Angela was on top of things being the nurse on staff. Nancy the receptionist was always so pleasant everytine I called and Tim the maintence guy and Kyle the driver were always so helpful. My Mom loved them all. The aids were very sweet and compassionate. The food here is excellent according to my mom. I have no complaints, so if you are looking for an assisted living for your loved one, I highly recommend Grand Villa of largo.

Ok, I don’t live at Grand Villa, however I am so happy my mom does.When I learned mom wasn’t able to return to her home to live alone I was left with looking for a place for her to live, with help for her care. I toured a few places, but Grand Villa of Largo just stuck out. It felt cozy, homey, and a place I found I may be happy with if I had to live there. So…I brought mom to check it out. She approved, so she moved in this past November, 2021. From the first day the staff was so friendly and their was entertainment of a gentleman singer who was very talented. Residents were engaging and dancing. Mom seemed interested. As time has gone on she tells me of the good meals and the visits from various entertainers and the puppy visits, as she loves animals. She has actually become quite the entertainer herself, at Grand Villa, being a past music teacher, organist, choir director… well all things music. She loves to play piano for all of the residents. I feel it gives her purpose, and, well, they seem to very much enjoy it, too. She had made wonderful friends and the staff has been so amazing. I love visiting her and sharing time with her there. I would so recommend Grand Villa for their elder loved ones.

We are so thrilled with Grand Villa of Largo. Both of my parents live in the facility & we could not be happier. They love being there because the staff is like family to them. The food is very good. There are activities & entertainment as well. They've made friends with other residents. It's the perfect size for them. I can relax knowing that my parents are safe & happy at Grand Villa of Largo & no one can put a price on that peace of mind.

Recently my sister in law passed away. She lived to be 98 years old thanks to the care she received at Grand Villa of Largo. She was very particular and we traveled the city over looking for a place she would find acceptable. At first she was leery and a bit lost. They helped lead her to all the places to fulfill her needs. Soon she was delighted.She no longer had to worry about her medicine because we asked for her to be put on the drug plan. No trips to the drug store and no longer a worry did I take my meds. She was free of grocery shopping and was served three meals a day. She always said the food was good and if something was not to her liking they prepared her a different meal. Grand Villa of Largo was always clean and smelt fresh. They took great pride in this effort. They always decorated so pretty for every holiday. They prepared special suppers, parties, or events to celebrate these occasions. Grand had many areas of entertainment for the residents and kept them busy for as you know many had no one to share life with. Grand stepped up to that need. My sister in law loved the Wii bowling game. She called herself Queen of Bowling. She took over it and didnt want to share, so sorry to the others. She talked about dancing when they had music entertainment. She was tiny and I thought she looked like a version of Thumbelina.She always spoke highly of the members of the Staff. She loved them all. Tom Howard the Executive Director is genuine and personable. He knows the residents by name and recognizes their family members. The residents form good bonds with all the associates that work there and so did I. There was never a day that can be remembered that my question went unanswered. I cant name them all but my thanks goes out to all the associates for tending to sister, she could be a handful. One of the last things she said was not to let her apartment go because she loved it there.Thanks to Grand Villa of Largo for making her last years of life so happy and special!

When dad could no longer live on his own due to some cognitive issues, we were in a position of needing to find him a community. I say this because we werent looking for just a place, but a community where he would not only integrate, but thrive.All this was during Feb, March of 2020 and Covid was in its beginnings. Stressful to say the least. It has been 10 months since and we couldnt be happier. Dad has taken to his new place and is very happy and well provided for.He raves about the food and the grounds. We felt safe and secure in that he was being treated safely with all the Covid protocols throughout the community.It has been a balance, but one that all the caregivers at Grand Villa have carried out well. The staff is caring, true angels.Happy dad found a great place and kudos to the whole staff !

Grand Villa Largo has been like family during these very stressful times. They worked with us to get our family member all settled into her new apartment with compassion and efficiency on EVERY single concern or care need. The Executive Director and his staff have answered every call, moved quickly to make sure her TV was working properly; and found common ground in all aspects of her life to make sure her physical, spiritual and social needs are being met on a daily basis. Since i have been in this industry for over 25 years, and have trained staff in hundreds of facilities, i KNOW this community has EVERY Residents Best interest and care needs as a TOP Priority. Our family truly feels like Grand Villa Largo lives up to Where it Looks like Home and Feels like Family on every level!

My mom lives at GVOL and the place is outstanding. Tom Howard runs a great staff that takes very good care of my mother and puts my concerns for her at ease. The staff is aware of her needs and makes sure she is always prepared for days I pick her up. I highly recommend this ALF for someone to send their family member or friend

Wonderful place! Several people I know have chosen this for their home. Care here is outstanding with staff who are dedicated to the comfort and care of their residents. Family members rave about the extra care given to their loved ones. You will find the facility clean and well kept. If you are looking for someone in your family stop in and see for yourself!

They truly care about the residents and their families. They are great with communicating with the families especially with all the challenges they are faced with the Covid-19 pandemic, the residents safety and well being comes first. I wouldnt even know where to begin telling just how wonderful the activities manager Monteen and her assistant Theresa are, both are very special women. The Director Tom is very hands on and involved with the staff and residents. Everyone Ive had communications with has been very nice, respectful and caring. My family and I are truly grateful to have them caring for our dad (Poppy) in the memory care unit.

The staff and administration are caring and concerned people who are truly interested in the residents. I am fortunate enough that I can still drive and have my own parking spot. Therefore, I am able to go shopping at will or visit friends. It is also very nice to still have my pet, cat living with me which is so important at times. I consider Grand Villa of Largo my home.

So Im not one to leave reviews but I must take the time to try and put into words what this company has done for myself and my family. I have had to place both my parents at different times in my life with Grand Villa of Largo and the experience I have had is one that will never be forgotten. From the staff to the director of nursing, no one has ever made me feel like I was welcome they way they have and that they would treat my parents with the respect they deserve after giving so much to us all of these years, I know they were in good hands here. I cant recommend this place enough and even if its a little out of the time, this nursing home is like no other in the area. Thanks again for your compassion.

My aunt lives at Grand Villa Largo because she fell about a year ago. The staff has been amazing and she get great care. The building is super clean and she has a lot of fun doing activities. I would definitely recommend!!

My Mother in-law has been in the memory care of Grand Villa for about one year.The staff are wonderful, caring and compassionate especially Monteen. She always has a smile on her face, no matter what.She interacts with each person individually and seems to know exactly what they need. She always has fun projects for them.Her genuine care truly shows!Thank you Monteen and all the staff there who are willing to be there and help our elders!

Very impressed with how clean the community is and how helpful and professional Nicole was. Nicole helped me feel very comfortable with making me feel good with the move. She went above and beyond to help me, especially with me being out of state. Rubye also made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. The memory care team is very kind and comforting. I left the state knowing all of my moms needs would be met. Jason, the night nurse is amazing. He is an amazing human that loves his job and it shows through his compassion. He gets back to me and does what ever it takes to make things happen.

My experience at Grand Villa of Largo has been a very positive journey. I have lived there 5 years. My days are full & active with wonderful people that I share my life with. My meals are like dining with family. I am comforted to know that if I am ever in need, the staff always has open arms and are willing to help me.

I am so proud of the Largo team. Another deficiency free bi annual survey. Residents were so complimentary of the staff and the care that they receive. My husbands grand parents also live here and they are so happy; grandma loves the food and grandpa loves the company!

I think the staff is fabulous and the food is great. The activities and transportation are great and you cant find these anywhere else! Nursing, care and doctors are great. They help everyone. Its like home! My room is my home!

Awesome facility. The staff truly cares about their residents. They treat everyone like family. We had to move my mom very quickly from another facility. Lori and Tom went above and beyond by coming to help pack and move my mom from the old facility. The staff keeps a close eye on my mom and they make sure to encourage her to go to the dining room to eat. I can tell my mom is much happier here and more involved. I highly recommend Grand Villa of Largo! I am very much at ease leaving my mother in their capable hands.

My mother in law has been a resident at Grand Villa for 2 years. She started in assisted living and is now a resident of the Memory Care unit. The staff at Grand Villa Largo is absolutely incredible- very caring, attentive and the food there is pretty darn good too! If you have a loved one needing more assistance with daily living, I urge you to consider Grand Villa of Largo. Their slogan is looks like home, feels like family- and it is spot on!

After looking at several Assisted Living Communities in the area we found Grand Villa of Largo to be the best fit for mom. She liked this community the most because the others had too many old people ... this coming from an 84 year old woman. There are a lot of daily activities and the staff is very engaging. They are warm, caring and treats everyone with dignity and respect. My mom has Alzheimers and she requires extra help with her day to day activities, the staff goes above and beyond of what is expected to give her the care she needs.I highly recommend the Grand Villa to anyone in need of assisted living, The director Tom and the Grand Villa staff there are simply the best!

It was a difficult decision to move my mom from her apartment to an assisted living facility. We looked at several but, when we visited Grand Villa of Largo we knew this was the right location. The staff was attentive and caring. The administrators answered all our questions. Everyone has made the transition as smooth as possible as we get my mom settled.
