I would highly recommend using Senior Helpers. Chrissie is a tremendous help and is very professional and kind. She answered all our questions and helped us plan for sitters upon my stepdad's discharge from the hospital. She alway responded quickly and kept us updated as his transition developed. We first used Senior Helpers a couple of years ago and had such a good experience with their helpers, they were the first and only place we called when we needed help again. They're great!

I cannot say enough about Senior Helpers. They have been helping my parents for a few months now and when we had a family emergency they stepped right in to cover extra hours to keep my dad safe and in his home while my mom had surgery. Two specific caregivers that have gone above and beyond are Welcome and Tiajuana. Both these girls were kind and caring. Also, Deborah, who is their regular caregiver, is great with my dad. Crissie Trussel, who it seems is always available, is amazing. We had to switch and change things around adding hours and changing locations and each request was handled graciously and professionally. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers.

It has been such a pleasure working with Senior Helpers. They have done a FABULOUS job matching the caregiver to my family member. Also, their admin staff is extremely quick to respond to my needs and feedback. It was a hard decision to bring in a caregiver, but Senior Helpers has made this a simple process, and has made my family member and I both comfortable.

I would recommend senior helpers to anybody who needs care for a loved one! The love that they show for their clients is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond at every step! If you’re looking for someone to care for your loved one or for yourself in your home you’ll be foolish to look anywhere else! Chrissy in the office is absolutely amazing and has a knack for placing the perfect people that match in the home for your needs! If you have any doubts or concerns in hiring senior helpers to come into your home, DON’T! You will not find more loving and caring people to come in and care for yourself or for someone that you love! There are not enough words to express my true admiration for this company!

Crissie and the staff at Senior Helpers are absolutely amazing folks to work with! Having had to coordinate in-home aid service for a relative in Florida from 1200 miles away is no easy task but Crissie and Senior Helpers have been great to work with and are truly in the business for the good of their clients. They know all the right questions to ask and always have the clients well being in mind. Regardless of being any distance away from a loved one, we are assured that they are getting top notch care and its one less thing we need to worry about! I would highly recommend them for all of your at-home senior family member care needs. I cant say enough good things about them!

My brother and I were out of town, and Crissie came to assess my dad and helped us understand the urgency of my dads issues. Then she helped us think thru the best options to get him the quickest and best care both immediately and long-term. She followed up several times to ensure he was getting the assistance needed fir relief from his severe pain and multiple issues. Thanks Crissie!!!!!!

You guys are awesome. I just was released from Encumpass hospital and only can do very limited things. I called Senior Helpers and they had a great helper come out the same day. She went above the call of duty. I also called 2 days later on a Saturday on such short notice and had the Same helper. I cant say enough on how great Senior Helpers are. You guys saved me big time. If any of you are in the same position or need some in home help or care Senior Helpers are the ones to call for sure. Thank you so much Senior Helpers your awesome.

I live out of state, and an emergency situation arose where we needed immediate care for my mother (who suffers from Dementia).
