The place is excellent if you live in the upper floor, where you wont hear your neighbor walking all night long. It sounds like a horse walking on top of your head all night long.

We are very pleased to live at Album Monterey Pointe, it is a place of rest and a lot of peace, the facilities are very comfortable and most importantly the attention of the management staff is wonderful, any concern or report of maintenance service has an immediate response from part From David or Alison, the maintenance staff is very efficient, I really highly recommend this community in a very convenient place near commerce and recreation parks.

We recently moved in Monterey pointe from out of state . We were greeted so kindly and have been treated so wonderful and respectful. Everyone has been so nice and friendly! We love it here !!! The grounds and amenities are amazing ! The office staff is so nice and we are very happy we chose Monterey Pointe as our new home !!

We moved in 6 mths ago, beautiful, clean lots of pets that makes a senior feels loved and comfortable. However , things are changing lately and I am very concerned when I have to see a pitbull every time I leave my apartment or return. I love pets but in a senior home where some people dont have the strength to run or walk fast to stay out of a pitbull way is very uncomfortable and challenging. I believe that this is no place for a pitbull and if he or she has to stay they should be wearing a muzzle.
