Memory Care area not clean, floors were always sticky in dining and common areas. Room always smelled like urine. Nice staff, but it didnt seem like they had enough staff for patient load. My father in law kept falling, and they didnt seem to be able to do anything to help. "Activity" area in memory care, very blah, not very inviting.

Ive helped multiple senior citizens move into this facility. My observations are: food distribution is very consistent and around the same time. The facility is clean and safe. The size of the unit varies in price and usually the first floor units are bigger. The walk from the elevator to the last units is a bit far for some elderly people.

A friendly professional, caring assisted living community. There are full apartments to studio apartments. Activies are engaging and assist the residents in stimulating interactions with social distancing and safety in mind.

I would highly recommend Atria Park of Baypoint Village. My father in law is a resident there and he is treated with the upmost respect. We have visited several times and was treated very well. The food is awesome ♥♥. Everyone there is very nice.

What a great place we found for my grandmother!!! We were very nervous with the pandemic and could not be happier with all the precautions Atria has in place. My Grandmother is so happy but most of all we know she is safe.

I just love everything about my home. Everyone is so nice. They take very very good care of me. Everyone loves my little princess. So happy I can live with my little dog. I had a one bedroom for two years very happy there. Now moved to my new studio deluxe I have more room than I thought . Look at my beautiful home.

I have a very good impression with Atria Park of Baypoint Village. The ladies that we met were very pleasant and very good. I like the entrance; they have a long table there where people can gather around. They have activities such as exercises and field trips, they have a beauty salon, and they are able to go to the doctor's appointments. The staff members were very pleasant in answering whatever questions or concerns we had. We could call back if we need to, and we were welcomed back if we need to look around more. They were good. The physical appearance was very good.

My mom was here for two weeks. She has been in several rehabs over the past 5 years. This one was great! My mother never waited more than 10 to 15 mins. For anything. The food was excellent. Threrapy was always on time. I was concerned about the reviews here. But it it clean. well kept, and staff was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

As am preparing to set moma up I could be more comftable in a place this. I am so relived ready some the real reviews not morons about money or commission I loved all saying thay noticed a good change for their loved one . Staff looks amazing and caring place we jumped is absolutely stunning all new everything its just down sizing momma gets talk the little parts of her massive home that is killing her. Bedroom looked sweet getting her all new package bathroom shower was on point . Got a nice 3 rd floor spot I can finally stop worrying about what mayhem is momma getting into at this massive home that is going on the market tomorrow. Ill rent close to her take it year by year Cant wait to enjoy diners with her and a bargain at ten dollars per guest Staff looked very caring

WOW what a wonderful place for my grandmother. The loving staff has be very helpful getting her to feel that she is home. From the moment we walked in to the day she moved in everything has ben wonderful. Our first experience of the social activities was the Kentucky Derby Party . Mint Juleps, Pecan Pie, Tea Sandwiches and many many Derby Hats. Everyone was decked out in their derby attire. All the residents were given Atria money to bid on their favorite horse. Such an exciting time we felt as if we were actually at the Derby.

My dad did NOT want to leave his home....but after a few trips to the ER, we convinced him to try a few months at Atria Baypoint Village...that was 2 years ago!!! He has not had this much fun in years!! The staff is caring and I know if he needs help, they are available 24 hours a day! I highly recommend this place!!

My sister has lived at Atria for 6 months now. What a difference we have seen in her. She had been sitting home alone getting sicker and sicker. She was not eating right and had given up on life. Now she has wonderful friends. We could not be happier with all the caring staff. She now feels safe and secure knowing she has staff there 24hours a day. We should have made this move years ago. I am so proud to be part of such a wonderful company. Hurricane Irma couldn't dampen the spirits of Atria residents who were safely evacuated to Walt Disney World. We could not be more proud of the dedication of our staff who have remained with our residents throughout the storm. We had happy hours, strength and fitness classes and massages to keep residents entertained and relaxed. Little did we know that they would run into surprise guests such as the lovely Kristen Bell and Seth Rogen making an evacuation a truly magical experience at the happiest place on earth. Were so grateful to the Atria staff and support team who came together to keep our residents safe, entertained and full of joy!

I wanted to take the time and let everyone know about all the many improvements to Atria Park of Baypoint Village. I thought it was wonderful last year but wow what a difference. What really stood out to me and my family was the Bistro that has been upgraded in the lobby. I came in during social hour and the lobby and activities room was filled with residents. Everyone was being served hot hors d'oeuvres and beverages of their choice. And yes it was Happy Hour!!

I work for Atria in Hudson, Fl & I can say that the upper mgmt I work with are kind, nice & eager to fix any/all problems. Although my main elevator takes forever & a day, the residents dont seem to mind too much. We evacuated to Orlando (beds are too high for them!!!) & it's a nice place here. Kirsten Bell helped some of the residents & it was a joy to see them smile.

Atria Park of Baypoint Village had several floors and elevators. They're bigger and I could get a motorized wheelchair up there, but I couldn't afford it. The food was very good, and they had a nice meal selection. The dining room had a nice setting. They had a lot of amenities, entertainment, and music groups come in. They had a little bar where people could sit around and have something to drink, desserts, and ice cream and have sing-alongs. The room I saw had a bedroom and a bath for the lowest price without any furniture or any levels of care. The nurse met me at the door and took me in, showed me the room and had me see how well I could get in and out of the shower and how much care I needed. It just kept adding up, and it was more than I could afford. I have eaten there before with some friends who were staying there, and the meals are a little more expensive. I met the chef, and he gave me a box of cinnamon rolls. The place was very clean and very nice.

Atria Park of Baypoint Village is the one I'm going to move into whenever I make the decision to move. I have friends that have lived there and still live there, so I'm familiar with the place. The staff member that I met was very friendly and nice. The location is on a very busy road, but it doesn't matter anymore once you are inside the place. I saw a 1-bedroom apartment which was kept up very nicely. They take you on a bus to go to outings and to different Church services. The food was probably one of the best in the area, and their chefs were outstanding.

We had a wonderful experience at Atria Park of Baypoint Village. The lady showed us the rooms, the activity area, the dining room, and the garden. They went into all the details as to how they can help us put my mother-in-law there. I saw some residents in the garden sitting and talking while having some refreshments. The lobby, the rooms, and the dining room were beautiful. The whole place is sparkling clean. The staff was very pleasant and very receptive. They had a salon, a library, a bingo area, an area for Church services, and a movie theater. They gave us a small box with some cookies to take home, and I was very surprised.

I liked Atria Park of Baypoint Village more than the other place I visited. The people were talking to each other. They had a bar where they served coffee and cold drinks and a cocktail hour. The location was good for us. The staff who assisted us was phenomenal and showed us the dining room.

My friend is in Atria. It is very nice. It was very accommodating. The rooms are bigger than I thought they would be. The facility is very clean, very organized, and very upbeat. They have an exercise room. They have a room where people can watch television. They have very nice dining room. They have an outside are that is very pretty. The bathrooms are completely carefree. They have the bars set up very nicely.

I think Atria Park of Baypoint Village was a wonderful place. It was dynamic and clean. It looked like the people were well care for. The dining area was sparkling and inviting. They sent me home some cookies, and they were very good. The staff seemed very welcoming and understanding. The apartments were modern and spacious. However, they needed to improve on the one-on-one care.

Atria Park also was elegant life style living, but its like living in a lodge as theres timber and more masculine and rustic. It was very nice. They had a pool. I have friends that live there, and they had a little problem getting in their pools; some made it easier for wheelchair patients. The meal was very good. They were organized, met you at the door, greeted you, and were ready to give you the tour.

Baypoint village was nice; the building and people seemed to be very nice. It looked like the residents were happy there. They have a laundry room; the residents can do their own, or the staff do it. They have a barber shop, a beauty shop, exercise rooms, and a couple of restaurants. The rooms were smaller but nice and adequate.

Atria Park of Baypoint Village was wonderful and very clean. The staff was wonderful, and there seemed to be plenty of them around to do whatever needed to be done. The apartments were nice. We stayed for lunch, and the food was excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody who could afford it. It was great. I was impressed by it. They had games, exercise, water aerobics, and cards. They had a lot of activities for the patients there.

My mother-in-law is at Atria Park. We liked it for the location, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the place. The rooms were fine, clean, and of good size. The dining area is fine, too. Its definitely secure, and they have codes and locks. The price is comparable to the others.
