I found Pacifica for my Mom after she fell two times in two months at her previous assisted living place. Two hip replacement surgeries in two months took its toll on her mobility and cognition. She needed a home where she could receive excellent care and attention 24/7; a place where I could feel she was safe. After Hurricane Ian, they were back in business after only one week. Eight months later I am very happy that I moved her to Pacifica where she has steadily improved. Angie, the Executive Director when my Mom moved in, was fantastic. Grazi has been very loving and helpful. Victoria, the Activities Director, keeps her busy with engaging, social interaction. The unique cottage living is like being in a home when you are no longer able to be in your home. I highly recommend this assisted living model for your loved ones.

My sister has been at Pacifica for almost two years. The care she has been given is excellent, particularly the social events that seem to occur almost daily. She sings, dances and is entertained constantly with trips and activities, largely thanks to Victoria who is a master at making everyone happy!!! We could not have chosen a better place for her memory care issues.

This team is amazing. The love and compassion that they show their families and residents is unmatched. This is a beautiful property specializing in small cottage like homes that meets every residents stage of the dementia process. The food is amazing, activities are fun. Every person has basic human needs all through life. When an individual reaches the stage of life where they lose their ability to meet those needs on their own, the needs do not change. In the course of my responsibilities as a Pastor, I visited Pacifica and was impressed to find a staff team who cared about the residents needs on every level; physical, emotional and spiritual. I spoke to people living there who were happy to live there, and staff who were happy to work there. What more can you ask?

Memory care, assisted living.. and its so nice to see how families and partners are involved with daily activities. My Mother has been in Pacifica for two years now. It is a wonderful homey feeling. She loves the outside green spaces where she can walk freely. The activity director has live music every week and Mom loves the dancing. The staff is wonderful too, they know how to really care for her. They are all like family and that helps me to know my Mom is happy and safe. Thank You Pacifica.

I wanna give a BIG shout out to the entire staff at Pacifica!! My mother was there a little over a year, and received the best care. I live 1000 miles away, and visited every 6 weeks, and while I hated leaving her, I always knew she was well cared for!!!! The staff is just great! This is a very difficult job, and every day presents its challenges, and these folks have the most patience with their residents. I cant name all, but thanks to Sandra, Beatrice, Jenn, Lori, Esmela......and many, many more.

Ill echo others opinions by saying this is absolutely the best home for my dad! Hes very happy and the staff could not be more awesome. They are caring and compassionate, always friendly, the activities director Victoria is the most exuberant person I know! I love that they go off site to parks, bowling, out to eat and just to have fun and enjoy themselves. Kudos to the numerous volunteers too who donate their time to the betterment of the residents.

I am very impressed with the genuine love and care for my father Herschel from the staff here. They left their own families during Hurricane Irma to be with our loved ones as they relocated to Tampa and now back safe and sound! Thank you just isnt enough! I pray for all of you daily!

I shouldnt tell the whole world how wonderful this place is as my husband and I want there to be rooms available if we need to check in. It is so fun there, caring, clean...warm and fuzzie. My mother in law has been there for years and we are able to feel warm and fuzzie about that.

I am very impressed with Pacifica Senior Living Fort Myers. I feel at ease knowing that my father is well taken care of and the staff there loves him very much. He is always dressed nicely and his cottage is always fresh and clean. I enjoyed viewing all the photos on your page of activities that Victoria comes up with for each holiday and regular entertainment. Shes just awesome! Also bus rides to the beach and parks to get residents out and about. Thank you for everything you do! We couldnt have found a better place for dad to live and have the best possible quality of life!

The caregivers and nursing staff are very caring and my husband is happy there. Unfortunately, the turnover rate for staff is very high. The physical layout is good, with each cottage having 12 rooms and a common kitchen, living room, dining area. The negative to that is that there is no public dining area where I can dine privately with my husband so I end up taking him to a nearby restaurant for a meal which is getting increasingly more difficult due to increasing physical and cognitive issues.

I really enjoyed working at Pacifica Senior living of Fort Myers. I learned how to help the residents with their daily needs and medication. My managers are easy to talk to and always there when needed. My co-workers are team players and we all help each other out when needed. The hardest part was watching my residents health decline. I mostly enjoyed talking with the resident and hearing about their life story and memories.
