They (Tim and Dariann) have shown 100% professionalism, respect and care since my first phone call to inquire about their services. What really set this company apart from the others is that Tim wanted to meet with the folks his company would be caring for. He offered clear and practical advice and suggestions and was always available and willing to communicate. Navigating the life changes that require home care is very hard and stressful and there are may challenges but the fact that good quality care is provided throughout this ongoing event is priceless.

Ive been very happy with Right At Home providing homecare for my parents. Right At Home is contracted with the Connecticut Homecare Program For Elders which is very important because this program helps pay for services. The office staff is always pleasant to work with and my parents caregiver is wonderful! She treats my parents like her own grandparents and we all love her. I wish I could give 10 or 20 stars. Right at Home in Monroe is outstanding. Xiomara, Dariann, Rosario, Priscilla and all the other staff are so warm and supportive. My family was thrust into unfamiliar territory when my mother suffered a very sudden - and sadly terminal - decline. Right at Home helped us so much through that difficult and scary time without any pressure for business. And when we were ready for a Right at Home caregiver to watch over my mother, they were right there and gave my mom the highest quality care to see her through the end. We are very grateful to everyone at Right at Home and very strongly recommend them.
