My Mom lived her final 5 years at Crescent Point. The caregivers, nurses, and administration were supportive, thoughtful, and loving to my Mom and me. I will forever be thankful and grateful to our Crescent Point "family".

My loving wife didn't spent much time there but the time she did is a time I will never regret. Once my wife moved in, with Crescent staff help, I was impressed with how Nursing / CNAs / housekeeping etc. cared for her well being. I could feel assured she was safe. It was COVID time and access was not permitted. I recieved pictures of her time to time (I approved), was great. Nurse kept me informed of any and all medical issues. All staff were kind and friendly once we could access.

My mom spent the last part of her life at Crescent Point, Niantic CT. Each touchpoint beginning with the initial tour was fantastic. The management, nursing staff, aids, and kitchen staff etc. all went out of their way to accommodate my moms needs, especially when she required additional attention. Thank you Crescent Point for being my extended family and for taking care of my mom. I miss her and my family will miss you as well. I should add that Niantic is a beautiful little town with wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and shopping, all a short walk from the facility.

My mother has been at Crescent Point for a year and has been impressed by the friendly staff, the excellent food, and by how clean and well-maintained the facility is. She has stayed at other assisted living facilities previously and has stated that Crescent Point is by far the best.

The office and nursing staff were terrific in helping us with a very difficult transition into assisted living. They held our hands in the process and it was clear our elder was in terrific hands in making a hard situation as friendly and comfortable as possible. They provide good updates on status and are readily accessible if we reach out with questions.

Since walking in to Crescent Point for our first meeting, I have been tremendously impressed with every aspect of it. The staff is beyond helpful, so outgoing, and deeply considerate. The rooms and common areas are classy, comfortable and welcoming as well. In finding a place for my father, I have toured no less than forty senior living facilities, and I know he is in the best place.

The move in was seamless - even in the face of the difficulties that Covid presented. The staff was appropriately cautious with Covid protocol yet accommodating. The decision to move our 80 year old mother from home in light of her escalating dementia was agonizing - Colette somehow made it bearable. She was reassuring, unfailingly optimistic and thought of all- including many things that we neglected to remember or consider. A sad moment for us turned very positive - all due to Colettes practical yet compassionate skills. The entire staff has been remarkable in terms of communication and connecting our mother to the necessary support and interventional teams such as PT, OT, and skilled nursing. The facility is wonderful - we essentially move the entire bedroom from our mothers home into CP- the staff was very flexible and welcoming despite our numerous idiosyncrasies. Well Done.

The staff at Crescent Point has been amazing and so helpful to us in moving my stepmother into her apartment there! Colette Emery actually worked with the movers to set up the furniture (due to COVID we couldnt go in ourselves) and everything was done perfectly! Since her move, my stepmother has sounded much happier than she has in a long time. They attend to all her needs, and give her a much more stimulating life than she ever had at home.

I almost chose Crescent point for my mother. Everyone was so professional and the community was clean. I liked the overall ambiance there and they seemed adequately staffed when I toured. They seem to be well established and have it together. The reason I did not chose Crescent point is the location, it was much farther than I would have preferred.

During my tour of the Crescent Point At Niantic, I met the nurses and the staff. The place was nice and clean. The tour guide was very friendly and took me around the entire building. We chose another community because of location, but this was a good option.

Visited a friend..surroundings were very nice and well maintained. Staff were very respectful to our retired professor friend and to us. Visited the 2nd floor as well and found the same cheery smiles from all the staff there, too . The residents seemed very content in the common areas as well as the dining rooms.
