My husband and I moved in last August and love living at Epoque! The views from our unit are INCREDIBLE and the location can’t be beat. It really does feel like you’re living at a resort. They did a fantastic job with the design and the soundproofing is top notch. Such a lovely community with great amenities and very dog friendly!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness We unfortunately only get to spend a short time living here, but so far everything is great! The grounds are well maintained, and there is a great system of walking trails nearby perfect for dog walks.The amenities are all top of the line (the dog washing station is especially useful), and kept responsibly available through the COVID-19 pandemic. The residents are all lovely, friendly people, and the staff members are very helpful and welcoming. Everything in our apartment is brand new, so maintenance has only had to come once, but when they did they were very friendly, arrived within an hour of the request, and were able to fix the problem in under 30 seconds. This is a wonderful place to live and we sure will miss it!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My parents moved into Epoque a few months ago and they are absolutely loving the experience. They really like how close they are to downtown Golden and a short drive to the mountains. Beautiful great room and bbq area right outside with a spectacular view. Covered parking is ideal to avoid those pesky hail storms and fresh coffee and tea in the morning is a great perk for dad who likes to sit outside and read the morning paper. Staff is warm and helpful and always eager to resolve problems right away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice quiet luxury apartment that feels like home!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Beautiful views of the mountains and a short drive to golden gate canyon state park and north table mountain park with plenty of tails to walk with your pup or your loved ones. Great amenities in the building and a wonderful staff on hand to make your stay very enjoyable. Mary and Brandon are top notch and always willing to help out when called or emailed. We love it.

I have now lived at EPOQUE Golden for over 6 months and the first time I have called an apartment my primary residence since the early 70s. I can only say that this is one of the best moves I have made. The facility is very well done. High quality equipment in the gym, a very welcoming common room with very good capabilities for meetings and meals plus a great pool area. Most of all the management and staff are excellent. Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Recently moved into an apartment at Epoque Golden. It is difficult for me to find criticism. My apartment was spotless on move in. I moved from out of state and signed a lease sight unseen. Definitely a risky move but I couldnt be happier with my choice. Ms. Mary (manager) at the front office has done a really outstanding job of keeping the stress of moving to a minimum! She has been extremely helpful, whenever I have a question or concern. Surely Epoque Golden will come with some drawbacks (as will any apartment community) but the positives far outweigh the negatives for me.

I have loved living here in this beautiful building with its lovely outdoor environment. My apartment is quiet and peaceful with views of the surrounding mountains. The staff is super helpful and friendly and offer many amenities even in this time of social distancing. I have also enjoyed meeting other tenants.

Attentive staff. Lovely to my parents and exceptionally patient. It is very luxurious. Also safe modern and high tech. The views are incredible. So I see the poor reviews are not actually from tenants. Who can each feel free to pay any rate they like. But I assure you...a view is priceless. And I know for a fact..you get what you pay for. It was a lovely experience just looking around.

So far working with the team has been great. The only reason giving 4 stars is because we are not moved in as of yet. But in terms of pre-construction flexibility on terms, price, choice of location in the building, etc. we couldnt be more pleased. We are looking forward to moving in July and hope that the building matches the collateral and the team that has been helping us along the way!
