We moved into Affinity at Colorado Springs a little over a year ago. Affinity is a chain of 55-plus senior apartments primarily located in the Western states. They are an affordable and basic option for retirement living. Utilities and TV are included in your rent, so budgeting is easy. Residents here take an active part in planning fun group activities. Colorado Springs is an expensive place to live. For the money, it's a good deal.

A friend of mine is living here. It seems to be a very nice place to live with lots of included amenities like a community function room, library, pool with hot tub, a grill area, fire pit area, a large screen theater with donated DVD movies and many planned social events.

I've lived at Affinity for over four years now, and for the many reasons mentioned are the reasons I continue to stay. It's noticeably quiet, we have a safe environment which they continue to improve. We now have a community neighborhood watch, secure exterior doors, and many other securities in place to keep residents safe and feel at peace. Well lite parking lot with plenty of parking for residents who choose not to purchase carports or garages and plenty of space for guests. Though I don't participate, there are plenty of activities to attend if you want to (movies, cards/games, happy hour, get togethers). The pool is one of my favorites when family comes to visit and reck room for playing pool. Office staff is very welcoming and accommodating, the grounds have a nice curb appeal, and maintenance is quick to respond. I also love that monthly fee are inclusive.

Very good senior apartment complex love it. I think the rent could be more affordable but that's life. Good mangers too they care.

The floor plans are nice, but the parking for residents is not good especially for those handicap. The staff is friendly. I also never rented and had to pay for light bulbs or any maintenance issues.

Was able to find this great apartment for my retired aunt. Not only did Shabe ( sale manager ) help us chose the perfect apartment, but also was patient and very professional. Her great demeanor toward helping set my aunt in her apartment was beyond my expectations. This place looks like a fun place to be. When I was moving my aunt, I met a nice church lady that was giving fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, and other groceries to the seniors. She was telling me that they do that every Sunday. We also met other seniors around and my aunt started making friends right away. Thank you Shabe, you have a great attitude, great customer service and a heart of gold.

I dont live here but I did I delivery for one of the front office managers. She was very sweet and friendly. Didnt catch her name but she was very welcoming. Thumbs up and 5 Stars!
